About the Role
The IT Business Analyst develops “power user” expertise in enterprise systems, develops permissions structures and workflows to support business processes, provides thoughtful, data-supported recommendations on optimizations and alignments between business and technical implementations, and assists in identifying, implementing, and documenting new systems. This role requires an ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users, and a curiosity to learn about systems and processes across the enterprise.
What You Will Do
Analyzes, optimizes, and documents existing workflow processes.
