This role supports Medicare product management by evaluating data trend experience, creating data analytics on supplemental benefits for the Medicare Advantage. This includes the evaluation of all benefits include supplemental, SSBCI and VBID benefits. Analyst will work closely with Product team colleagues to support the development and execution of Medicare Advantage product strategy and corresponding benefits. The Analyst will be instrumental in the building of plan benefit packages (PBPs), working with the Product Manager and market leadership to balance market competitiveness and financial viability of the portfolio.
