Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. ITS Peak (ATLR) Calculation & Audit:
Ensure accurate calculation of ITS Adjusted Territorial Load Ratio (ATLR) net peak loads for parity payments.
Support successful audits of these calculations.
ITS Working Groups & Committees:
Participate in NTCDO and ATLR ITS Working Groups and Committees.
Advocate for and support the company's positions and policies.
TFCAT Contracts Review:
Review and audit data supporting Transmission Facility Cost Allocation Tariff (TFCAT) contracts.
Support system improvement burden responsibilities among Southern Operating Companies (TFCAT).
ITS Budget Updates:
Participate in monthly ITS Budget updates.
Provide NTCDO budget forecast changes to financial teams.
Monitor Southern Company's Open Access Same Time Information System (OASIS) site for OATT transactions.

Perform cost allocation analysis of Southern Company's Transmission Utilization Rate (TUR) for Operating Companies.
Allocate shared services expenses to ITS Participants.
Respond to data requests from ITS Participants.
Job Requirements Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Experience and Knowledge
Demonstrated Safety focus.
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
Experience in the following areas is beneficial:
Power Delivery Accounting, Power Delivery Planning, ITS, Transmission Tariffs (OATT), Transmission Operations, Transmission Policy, Transmission Project Management, and/or Power Delivery Project Management.

Job Summary
The position of Enrollment Data & Process Analyst will be responsible supporting data related activities within Enrollment Management (recruitment, admissions, etc.) and areas in support of the strategic enrollment plan and overall mission of the institution. The Data & Process Analyst position will manage, collect, analyze and present data insights that allow administration to make informed decisions for business growth. This position will also aid in the areas of institutional effectiveness for undergraduate and graduate programs pertaining to student success. This position will work closely with other stakeholders (i.e. Institutional Research, ITS, etc.) across the institution to gather requirements for data collection. This position will also work with stakeholders and end-users to analyze the business practices and determine the best way to meet Institutional goals through the best use of systems like the University's CRM and other student success tools like degree auditing. The Data & Process Analyst will ensure good documentation standards and bring technical staff together to maintain the applications and systems that manage student data.
Responsibilities
* Collaboration: Work closely with Enrollment/Student Success, ITS, and other University stakeholders and functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights as well as collecting and compiling data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy.
* Partnership: Partner with Enrollment/Student Success units, ITS, and vendors to gather and document, test, debug, and deploy software to ensure it meets business requirements.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data sources and management practices to identify improvements related to Enrollment/Student Success and retention. Prepare regular reports to communicate metrics and findings.
* Data Visualization: Create informative charts, graphs and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders. Knowledgeable about tools such as: Tableau, Power B, Excel, etc.
Data Quality Assurance: Maintain data quality standards by identifying and resolving data discrepancies.

Functional Support: Provides administrative leadership and support for degree auditing systems including scheduling degree compliance audits to monitor student progress toward degree completion.
