The incumbent will provide highly technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Operations Flight technicians, supervisors, and managers, Government engineers, technical experts, and leadership. Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Responsible for an asset lifecycle management portfolio containing all AF-owned roads, bridges, parking lots, curb and gutters, traffic signals, signage, marking, sidewalks, walkways, rail systems, final denial barrier (FDB), FDB control systems, FDB supporting safety systems, and docks including traffic management and planning.
* Identify and accurately document current pavement conditions and deficiencies.
* Recommend actions for correcting all deficiencies, including cost estimates as well as recommended improvements.

Job Requirements
Mandatory:
