A Lead Systems Analyst (SA) in the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) department acts as a technical subject matter expert of specific systems and/or platforms with expertise in aspects of system design, architecture, data structure, and integration. He/she should be able to interpret, understand, and steward both functional and technical requirements from teams within DTT as well as Business Partners when necessary. As a Lead SA on the Customer Technology Solutions team in DTT, you will work with leaders across the company, Operators, and trusted partners to understand the current Customer technology offerings within our Captive Venue locations, both licensed and franchised, and future requirements needed at international locations. Captive Venues, typically licensed by a third-party vendor, are commonly found in Airports, Colleges/Universities, Hospitals and Stadiums, and serve as extensions of the Chick-fil-A brand. These locations are responsible for their individual Point of Sale systems and must meet certain technical requirements to support Chick-fil-A's service standards. In the international space, the Lead SA will partner closely with Chick-fil-A International teams to understand timelines and local Point of Sale options and requirements needed to support future locations. The Lead SA will help research, identify, and support a solution that would allow Chick-fil-A the ability to interface directly with commercial Point of Sale solutions both domestically and internationally. As the Lead SA for these location types, you will partner with other areas of the business, such as International and Operations, to define and appropriately order desired outcomes to serve this area of the business. You will need to leverage influence to partner with DTT product owners to drive and implement changes that will allow integration into Chick-fil-A's commerce ecosystem for access to things such as Chick-fil-A's loyalty engine, menu offerings, and financial systems. You will have direct impact to Chick-fil-A Customers as you define and partner to deliver innovation solutions that enhance the customer experience within our Captive Venue and future international locations.

Responsibilities

· Act as Technical Subject Matter Expert for supported commercial adapter solution.· Responsible for defining requirements, researching & identifying available technical solutions, execution of technical tasks, creation of documentation (requirements, process maps, test plans, etc.), and communication with functional partners and business stakeholders.· Set work direction and engage in feature planning and prioritization; translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for various development teams to execute against.· Partner closely with various stakeholders to understand critical business objectives as part of the overall Captive Venue and International locations strategy and roadmap.· Support and troubleshoot high complexity and/or business impacting issues and assist other team members with lower complexity issues.· Collaborate and interact with vendors, developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts to manage the implementation of changes and issue resolution. · Partner with engineering leadership on the creation of Service Level Objectives (SLO). Directly supports the definition, creation, and execution of a monitoring and reporting strategy tied to those SLOs.· Understand all aspects of applicable systems including how they interact with and/or impact other systems or business processes.· Work closely with various stakeholders to define, design, and steward the introduction, test, successful launch, and ongoing improvement of new concepts into existing and new business processes and platforms as they relate to Captive Venue and International locations· Manage budget requirements for achieving outcomes within scope of work.· Own the strategic relationship with the functional and technical partners on systems.· Screen and on-board new partner talent as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired· Experience leading significant system or platform enhancements/implementations· Knowledge and/or experience with Agile development approaches and techniques · Experience in driving teams and management to decisions · Strong written and oral communication skills, with a notable ability to translate highly technical concepts to business application and vice versa
