Practical experience in supervising contractors and managing technical projects is desired. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with AutoCAD is a plus. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and exercise discretion and decision-making. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
