Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in server/application support, implementation, and administration. Preference is given to candidates with additional expertise. What the Role Is The Applications Analyst will be responsible for administering a variety of applications and the EDI technology across the Heaven Hill enterprise. The role reports to the Director of IT Business Solutions. The Analyst will own all EDI integrations including onboarding, monitoring health, responding to alerts/tickets and offboarding as appropriate and work closely with the IFS Administrator as well as Data Engineers to ensure success. This position will initially be responsible for maintaining and supporting thirteen disparate applications while also moving them through the application lifecycle. A successful candidate for this role will have broad experience across multiple technologies will be energized by the variety in this role. They will enjoy troubleshooting problems starting with minimal information and take pride in creating order from a relative lack of order. How You Will Spend Your Time? Manage application lifecycle as appropriate - implement, update, migrate/transition, shut down Respond to support tickets by working across the organization and 3 rd parties to ensure the work is completed and own the outcome.
