The Lead Financial SystemsAnalyst will serve as the product owner and hands-on technical lead for Appcast's financial systems ecosystem, centered on Certinia (FinancialForce) and its connected platforms including Salesforce and related financial integrations. Job Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Strategy
Serve as the Product Owner for Appcast's Certinia platform, defining roadmap priorities and leading platform enhancements in collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations.
Own the end-to-end architecture, configuration, and performance of Certinia and its integrated Salesforce environment.
Partner with Finance leadership to design, implement, and optimize systems supporting billing, revenue recognition, accounting, and financial reporting.

Execute revenue recognition processes, including ensuring all PSA timecards are submitted, approved, and accurately reflected for proper revenue recognition.
Complete manual billing data uploads, portal spend approvals, adjustments, background cash matching, posting, and batch emailing as part of the close cycle.
Process and review credit requests, ensuring accuracy, approval compliance, and clear documentation of financial impact.
Validate and process daily order entries from the Deal Desk and Purchasing teams, ensuring accuracy and readiness for Billing Central or PSA posting.
Coordinate and support the Certinia Year-End Close process, managing reconciliations, system rollovers, and audit preparation in.
Partner with accounting and operations teams to identify, document, and automate recurring manual month-end processes for efficiency and control.
Business Partnership & Process Optimization
Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to streamline financial processes, enhance automation, and strengthen data flow across systems.
Serve as the primary liaison to Finance leadership, advising on system improvements, data governance, and reporting strategy.
Conduct training and enablement sessions for Finance and Operations users, ensuring adoption of best practices and proper use of Certinia and Salesforce.
Stay current on new Certinia, Salesforce, and financial ecosystem releases, recommending innovative solutions that improve process efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Principal Air Vehicle System Test Conductor- Engineering Field Service Representative (FSR)** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation (T&E) organization.
This position requires 6+ months of training on a Domestic Assignment to **Pax River, MD and Rancho Bernardo, CA.** After training is completed, it is expected that the candidate will be available to deploy to **Japan, Italy, United Arab Emirates, or Guam** for a minimum of **24 months** , based on current business needs. The Epic Applications Analyst role involves implementing, developing, and maintaining the Epic system and associated third-party systems. Analysts work at various levels, from entry-level (I) to expert (IV), with increasing responsibilities and independence. They provide on-call support, interact with clients, and ensure compliance with software lifecycle standards. As they progress, they gain deeper knowledge of the Epic platform, mentor junior analysts, and lead projects to improve patient safety and quality initiatives. The role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build partnerships with customers and colleagues at all levels.
General schedule Monday-Friday, Eastern time business hours with some flexibility. This position participates in an on-call rotation to support application needs. Occasional requirements to cover special events/staff requirements during hours outside those generally worked may be necessary. This position requires an appropriate virtual home office environment, working remotely. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices. Travel is occasionally required to support business requirements for Go-Live installations or training which may require travel by air, vehicle, or train.

Certification requirements and depth of Epic experience varies depending on the Analyst level. All analyst levels require prior Epic experience (end user or analyst). Epic Application Analysts 2-4 require current Epic training status (certification, accreditation, and/or proficiency) in primary application required, with a combination of current Epic training statuses in additional area(s) in application maintenance and development required in upper levels. **What Clinical Operations contributes to Cardinal Health**
Clinical Operations is responsible for supporting the timely and quality sale, installation and monitoring of Cardinal Health products and services may also provide product and service education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the evaluation and clearance procedures and treatment orders in the contracted outpatient hospital setting. The goal is to provide a detailed outline of clearance criteria as well as prior authorization and advocacy identification for procedures and medications scheduled to be given in the outpatient hospital setting. Reports to Reimbursement Solutions Supervisor, Individualized Care
**Responsibilities:**
+ Evaluate data input schedules from facilities to load work items
+ Collaborate with facility EHR's to gather data to support diagnosis and medical clearances
+ Identify advocacy opportunities as it pertains to patient specific situations and insurance status
+ Apply proper clearance criteria for medication regimens as insurance indicates
+ Discuss medication options with pharmacy/physician and patient based on accessibility and availability (outpatient environment)
+ Initiate and process applications for advocacy opportunities for qualifying patients
+ Extensive contact with insurance companies to include speaking to representatives for benefit investigation as well as clinical clearance for prior authorization and medical necessity
+ Extensive patient education/counseling to determine eligibility for Advocacy.
+ Identify and resolve rejected applications, including accessing comparable drug regimen
+ Refer patients that do not qualify for programs to other outside assistance. I.e. local charities
+ Manage the drug recovery application process
+ Assign appropriate billing level to each item processed in accordance with Reimbursement Solution guidelines
+ Communicate with team lead to meet the needs of the assigned facility
+ Maintain daily accounting activities and prior authorization documentation per the Reimbursement Solution procedures.
+ Maintain security and confidentiality of patient information at all times.
