Summary:
We are looking for a Staff BI Analyst focused on Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) within the Operational Reporting function as part of our Data and Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to help transform PLM capabilities at Hormel Foods! Perform issue resolution and maintenance for existing dashboards and reports. Specific competencies include:

Gathers requirements, designs, and develops reports and dashboards within business intelligence platforms for operational, transactional, or strategic data. Proactively insert self into the business and identifies areas for improvement in processes and systems. Work with the Business Analyst to translate these needs into technical requirements.
Utilize analytical tools such as Power BI and SQL to interpret and analyze complex medical and enrollment data sets, producing insight in a way that enables informed decision making,
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that systems and programs are tested and debugged.
Provide mentorship to other staff members within the organization.

Financial Impact
This position is responsible for the creation of complex technical solutions that are peer reviewed and approved by the Director of IT & Analytics. Incorrect solutions could result in regulatory fines, loss of confidence of our members and users or incorrect decisions made by South Country Health Alliance.
