Understanding of PeopleSoft data integration and Oracle BI Publisher. Preferred Knowledge and Skills Certification in ITIL Framework. Experience providing administration and support to 7 x 24 production systems. Experience working with a virtual-based infrastructure. Transit business and policy knowledge relating to customer service practices. Strong Database Knowledge: Proficiency in Oracle and SQL Server database management, optimization, and troubleshooting. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the use of office equipment and technology. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments.
