At Vantor, you'll work with the U.S. Space Force and our partners as part of the effort to define and manage an integrated system-of-systems space enterprise, specifically focused on Space Systems Command's (SSC) Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO). You will be supporting the SSC BNN office, working to achieve Global Mission Data Dominance (GMDD) by bringing together critical capabilities to empower operators with the information and tools they need to achieve sensor-to-shooter dominance - rapidly detecting threats, sharing critical information, and enabling swift and decisive action.
As part of this role, you will:
Support Gov Lead with technical coordination and systems engineering for SSC's I3E contract (Integrated, Immersive, Intelligent Environment)
Support meetings and architecture discussions with the development contractors and onboarding mission use cases
Develop and track program metrics, risks, and deliverables
Lead, coordinate, task the SE&I team as the GOV Lead's touchpoint
Reporting to program's BNN/BN Task Lead for MSR, TSM, and Award Fee inputs

Basic Qualifications:
US citizenship

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our enterprise IT infrastructure team. This role is responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing mission-critical systems across our corporate network and data centers. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing complex environments, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced enterprise setting.
You'll support hundreds of users, multiple locations, and integrated cloud systems - ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux servers, including domain controllers, file servers, SAP HANA 2.0 database and application servers.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD synchronization in hybrid environments.
Oversee enterprise VMware vSphere or Hyper-V infrastructure - provisioning, patching, and performance tuning.
Support Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
Manage and secure network infrastructure (Cisco/Meraki) - VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery strategies using enterprise tools (e.g., Veeam, Acronis, or Otava).
Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and logs to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Maintain security compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) by applying patches and adhering to IT policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, DevOps, Help Desk) to support projects and troubleshoot escalated issues.
Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
Document configurations, architecture, and procedures in accordance with ITIL and change management standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server /2019/2022/2025, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. SUSE SLE, SAP HANA 2.0
Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or cloud-based virtualization.
Familiarity with Azure AD, or hybrid cloud integrations.
Experience with endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, or similar).
Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
Hands-on experience implementing backup, monitoring, and patch management solutions.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or CompTIA Server+ / Security+

VSolvit is seeking an experienced, qualified candidate for a full time Financial Systems Analyst 1 position with an Active Secret Clearance that will support NSWC PHD Ships Defense and Expeditionary Warfare Department. Services include providing detailed financial analysis, budget preparation and execution services, funds tracking and allocation, and other related services.
As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Must possess advanced MS Excel skills including linking and embedding multiple spreadsheets, developing and manipulating pivot tables, and creating and editing macros
Must be able to work independently, providing professional financial analysis and tracking for multiple branches, divisions, and projects
Must be able to develop budget analyses and recommendations and present findings to branch, division, project, and department management
Must be able to write, speak and understand English and able to write clear, detailed reports
Process and integrate data involving the detailed use of systems, established business practices, and approved software applications within the DON
Provide support in the processing of incoming and outgoing funding documents
Verify the accuracy of accounting data within the business and financial system
Coordinate with departments and branch personnel in the gathering and review of supporting documents required for the management of funds
Conduct follow-up actions for funding documentation
Ensure funding document packages are complete, organized and stored appropriately
Assist program analysts with tasking and work assignments
Analyze, extract, and identify significant trends and issues from financial spreadsheets
Maintain and update logs and spreadsheets
Assist with financial assignment and data calls
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Business discipline and 1 year directly related experience or no degree and 5 years hands-on experience
Navy financial and administrative systems and procedures experience
Active Secret Clearance Required
U.S. Citizenship Required
