Develop, recommend and update Procurement Operations policies, programs and initiatives in coordination with leadership and peers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Analyze, design, document, and implement new applications, in accordance with company needs and policies.
Coordinate application enhancements for existing systems.
Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 support for assigned applications (e.g., CRM, WMS, eCommerce, HRIS, BI tools)
Perform configuration changes, minor enhancements, and defect remediation across applications
Troubleshoot and document incidents, recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions through the lifetime of the incident.
Work with cross functional teams to build and maintain process-flow documentation.
Administer and configure NetSuite, i.e. roles/permissions, custom fields, forms, saved searches, workflows, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
