Requirements 2+ years of contract negotiating experience with 2 years' experience negotiating business contractual terms, strategy planning, and analysis and review of existing contractual agreements. 2+ years' experience with business contractual terms, legal contract terms preferred. Prefer experience working with large technology partners and VARs such as AT&T, CDW, Cisco, IBM, Insight, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Verizon and VMWare. Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or Juris Doctorate preferred.
