Facilitate and conduct workshops and/or interviews for systems/applications to review the Out of the Box (OOTB) forms, fields, workflows, and process guides, as applicable.
Perform product demonstrations for applications to aid the workshop audience in visualizing and understanding OOTB features and functionality.
Develop and submit a workshop results presentation. Lead presentation meetings, to include:
Identify and understand the customer's expectations, goals and objectives
Provide relevant overviews
Best practice process diagrams

Software Development:
For each program, provide services for Solution Architecture, application design/development, enhancements, functional and user acceptance testing, operations, and maintenance support for existing and new IT tool automation. Support includes the design and creation of software that is open, modular, and follows industry best practices in a web application design for public and internal interfaces for the government.
Provide software solutions for both standard laptop/desktop and mobile user interface(s) per the FAA standard configuration and based on current FAA cloud computing platforms.
Provide requirements/business analysis and documentation using agile methods and ensure all requirements are vetted.
Provide business process creation and automation as well as integration of appropriate middle-ware tools/software.
Provide:
Technical support services in solution architecture and design application
Website design, development, and maintenance (front end, back end, full stack)
Database design, development, and maintenance
Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning and robotic Process Automation

Logical and physical architectures

Provide software solutions, code, and configurations that are compatible and run without error on the FAA approved standard image software for Laptops/Workstations.
Provide approved software releases that are hosted in a FedRamp certified infrastructure deemed an FAA production environment by the FAA CIO and/or CISO.
Must follow the Agile Software Development Requirements:

Incident Priority & Response Times:
Programs must assign Incident priority levels for a defect by using provided guidelines.
Provide support to the Program Office by performing the following Tasks:
Provide, maintain, and enter items / updates into a tracking system that is user-friendly to also allow system users to quickly report issues
Describe the procedures to be used for managing areas of risk to successful project completion in a Risk Management Plan
Define procedures for software metrics collection and analysis
Perform analysis of software performance and system sizing, generating technical results reports
Perform software requirement analysis on existing and/or new systems and evaluate these systems' capabilities
Determine preliminary and detailed software design practices to ensure the quality and maintainability of all systems
Produce a traceability matrix to trace each identified software requirement
Provide a Software Test Report written and phased Software Testing Plan
Prepare, revise, and/or review software documentation during the appropriate phases of the life cycle
