Summary of Job:

Sell the Lee Company controls offering and overall company value proposition to contractors, architects, consultants, and facility owners using a consultative selling approach providing technical solutions and operational expertise. Execute the sales process to cultivate, qualify and close new sales opportunities and achieve profitable growth and volume goals across all Facility Solutions offerings. Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress as well as develop strategies to increase business opportunities at accounts. Obtain and close sales on a monthly basis. Executes the sales process to aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships and in seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. Utilizes sales tools to plan and document sales progress as well as increase business opportunities across all BE-LOBs in assigned accounts. Seeks to expand the depth and breadth of Lee Company offerings sold within assigned accounts. Actively participates as a member on select account teams on key and target customer accounts. May lead the account team (market customer leader) on assigned target and key accounts where significant growth opportunities exist and more robust expertise is required from others to solidify the opportunity. Seeks to continually develop sales skills and to enhance knowledge of the JCI product and service offerings.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required.A mechanical or electrical engineering degree is preferred.A minimum of five years of progressive field sales experience.At least three year successfully selling HVAC or facility automation system service or projects.

Systems Consultant (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Boston, Massachusetts): The Systems Consultant will play a key role at State Street, developing solutions for Limit Management System and working on system analysis, design, development, and the implementation of applications. Specific duties of the position include: Participating in design sessions within IT development team to ensure designs are of high quality, providing a walkthrough of solutions to business, and receiving appropriate stakeholder approval; Translating business requirements into projects by considering all alternatives and implementing the best strategy to ensure design meets performance, usability, reliability, and scalability requirements; Maintaining a full understanding of State Street processes, standards, and guidelines, interfacing with the application development and infrastructure teams to develop and deliver projects while adhering to State Street standards; Implementing and maintaining data models for risk applications; Designing, implementing, and maintaining a complete data processing environment for Credit Risk applications, while having responsibility for the development of a Data Lake, cloud enabled portal, integration of externally hosted vendor systems. Overseeing maintenance and support of existing software applications; Utilizing technologies including MQ, Kafka, Java, Oracle, ETA, and Big Data in the performance of assigned job duties; and Utilizing knowledge of Big Data concepts and tools, such as sqoop, Spark, Oozie, and Hive; Good knowledge on Oracle/PL SQL.

Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science, or related technical field; and 10 years of experience in IT working with various technologies including Java, Oracle, ETL, or Big Data.

Must have: Demonstrated experience working with Financial Risk systems especially relating to Credit Risk; Proven ability to interface with business and provide information and guidance to business users on multitude of projects; Demonstrated understanding of the Banking Domain, Enterprise Risk, Derivatives Products, Trading Organizations, and Financial Services; Demonstrated understanding of Big Data concepts and tools such as sqoop, Spark, Oozie, and Hive; Demonstrated experience on Java technologies like Spring and Hibernate; Demonstrated experience on ETL, Oracle, PLSQL; Proven end-to-end knowledge of development and delivery of projects; Demonstrated communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with multi-disciplinary teams and present to every level of the organization; and Proven ability to lead a team and drive solutions working thru organization
processes and different supporting groups.

A Day in the Life:Implementing and upgrading various Microsoft technologies, as well as managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of MS technologies including O365, OneDrive, and SharePointWorking as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation Providing guidance to clients on-site and remotely supporting their Microsoft technology stack Working with Architects, Project Managers, and Team Leaders to ensure projects progress efficiently and in a timely fashion towards successful closure
What You Bring:5+ years of experience implementing and supporting solutions relating to Microsoft solutions Advanced working knowledge with ExchangeScripting and automation for systems/service and software management, automated software deployment, and operating system imaging Ability to produce effective documentation, solution proposals, implementation plans, problem resolution, and incident workarounds Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 10/11/O365/M365
