As a Retail Operations Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring operational excellence within the store while supporting retail management and the sales team. You'll work closely with the General Manager in executing standard operating procedures. The ideal person for this position is a problem solver who is detail oriented, and process driven.
What You'll Do
Audit all sales and payment transactions within retail location
Receive weekly merchandise transfer trucks
Conduct and reconcile weekly inventory; complete inventory cycle counts on showroom floor
Review missed punches and overtime hours for showroom team members
Assist with maintaining schedule for showroom team members
Partner with GM weekly to help support needs of sales team
Conduct training(s) on current systems and processes for all team members
Facilitate building maintenance, technician and IT needs
Partner with Customer Service Center on resolving customer service concerns
Review guest accounts for payment breakdowns and service resolutions
Reconcile showroom funds monthly
Assist merchandise and design team by generating tags, resolving inventory and SKU discrepancy
Generate routine reports outlined by GM or Corporate Operations
Serve as a liaison between Corporate Support Departments and Retail location
Update and assign walkie talkies
Oversee office and cleaning supply list
Encompass the Company's Vision, Mission and Values daily
What We're Looking For
Full availability to work a full-time retail schedule including Saturdays!
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid, actionable conclusions
Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions given in many forms
Working knowledge of Microsoft office, STORIS, and point of sales programs
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of proper spelling and grammar
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with co-workers, colleagues and external contacts
Ability to be highly productive in an autonomous environment with the ability to ask for guidance when needed

About the Operations Coordinator Position:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for intaking and inspecting trailers, coordinating delivery and retrieval of trailers for customers, and facilitating the daily operations of the branch. Your primary duties will include creating work orders, preparing estimates for customers, and maintaining the branch's inventory of trailers and equipment. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key to ensuring our high standards of service and customer satisfaction are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trailer systems, experience in operations in the trailer/transportation industry, and the ability to work independently and as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive all inbound trailers for return or walk-in repairs
Inspect outbound trailers to verify quality and safety standards are met
Inspect trailers to for damage and assess required repairs and maintenance
Prepare estimates and provide invoices to customers
Communicate rental and lease contracts to customers
Obtain customer signatures and ensure an understanding of company policies and procedures
Generate work orders and collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure necessary repairs and maintenance are completed
Coordinate movement of trailers around the yard
Perform daily inventory checks
Coordinate service through dispatch of service truck mechanics or third-party vendors
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the branch and work areas
Test and ensure safety standards
Keep updated on industry standards
Ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
One to two years of experience in operations within the trailer, fleet, transportation, or logistics industry
Understanding of trailer systems and mechanical components
Associate's degree preferred

The Commercial Lending Systems Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of the Commercial Lending Systems team members. This person will provide overall leadership to the department and serve as additional support in the absence of any team member.
Essential Functions

Water Reclamation Process Coordinator

Responsibilities The City of Dayton is seeking a Water Reclamation Process Coordinator to oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient treatment of all domestic and industrial wastewater entering the Water Reclamation Facilities. The incumbent will support the Division Manager of Water Reclamation with administrative and operational duties and ensures effective coordination across treatment operations, maintenance, electrical teams, the Industrial Pretreatment Program, the Water Reclamation Laboratory, and the Industrial Surcharge Program. The role requires maintaining compliance with Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) water, air, and solid waste standards, permit requirements, and OSHA safety regulations, as well as applying thorough knowledge of administrative policies and standard operating procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Must meet one of the following criteria to be considered for certification:
Certifications
Must have a valid Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) Water Reclamation Class III certification at time of appointment. As a condition of continued employment, a Class IV OEPA Wastewater Works Operator Certification application must be submitted and accepted by OEPA according to Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Chapter 3745-7 Operator Certification for Public Water Systems and Water Reclamation Works. Successful completion of the Class IV certification must be completed within the time frame allotted by OEPA. The incumbent must accept responsibilities which encompass the "Operator of Record" designation as defined by the OEPA for a Class IV Water Reclamation Plant. The incumbent must maintain the Class IV certification thereafter for the duration of employment with the City of Dayton Water Reclamation Division.
License Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license at time of appointment and maintain as a condition of employment.

The AFRL/RX System Administration Team's training program is designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience for those who are leaving the military and entering the commercial work environment. The program is structured to ensure beneficiaries of the SkillBridge Program develop the necessary skills, increase his/her knowledge, and experience to succeed in his/her role, while contributing to the team's goals and objectives.
Provide the beneficiary with a thorough understanding of the AFRL/RX System Administration Team's roles and responsibilities
Develop the beneficiary's skills and knowledge required to provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for an organization
Further develop skills necessary to complete common system administration tasks in an Active Directory environment
Introduce the beneficiary to advanced concepts and techniques to include group policy, puppet, and other similar automation technologies
Provide hands-on experience in a real-world environment, and an opportunity to demonstrate the skills gained from this program

Familiarity with computers, including typing, using a mouse, and navigating a Windows or mac OS operating system.

GENERAL SUMMARY AND SCOPE
Performs concurrent and retrospective multi-disciplinary review of patient care. Uses comprehensive quality review criteria to collect data pertaining to the appropriateness of care. Compiles and organizes data into meaningful reports for evaluation. Identifies opportunities for improvement and coordinates interdisciplinary intervention for planned change. Assists and acts as a resource for assigned functions to facilitate quality activities. Promotes development and enhancement of total quality systems.
Under the supervision of the Director, this position is responsible for initial and ongoing discharge planning throughout the acute care continuum, including but not limited to coordination of care through the facilitation of a safe and appropriate discharge plan to the post-acute environment. This process is supported by current research and evidence-based practice. The Case Manager identifies potential risk management and utilization issues and reports findings per departmental protocol. Works closely with the Social Worker as appropriate in the identification of discharge and transition needs and is ultimately responsible for the coordination of discharge planning activities. This is accomplished by working collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff internal and external to the organization. Participates in quality improvement and evaluation processes.

Review customer scorecards, problem reports, trouble reports, and violations to identify lessons learned, prevention measures, and root cause
Create and complete item work orders to support proper inventory levels
Analyze inventory and over-allocated items to ensure customer orders are adjusted appropriately
Perform transactions within the warehouse management system
Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely paperwork
Release customer orders to the warehouse for processing
Maintain customer specification manuals and visual aids for warehouse personnel
Investigate shipper and consignee complaints related to lost, short, or damaged merchandise and perform root cause analysis
Perform spot checks on orders to ensure accuracy and resolve issues with internal and external customers
Assist with rework projects allocated to retail customers
Operate OEM check weigh stations as required
Incorporate a strong Quality mindset by considering quality as a primary factor when evaluating suppliers, renewing agreements, and establishing KPIs to measure supplier and team success
Complete internal process audits
Review, act on, and resolve warehouse quality findings
Support projects as assigned
Attend required trainings
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required (College degree preferred)
3-5 years of related experience in a distribution environment required
1-2 years of quality-related experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated proficiency with warehouse management software
Understanding of hazardous materials is a plus
Ability to work independently, remain dependable, and adapt to changing systems and procedures

Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hour depending on experience.

About This Opportunity
As an Equipment Coordinator you will drive forklifts to transfer materials between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas. How you will contribute to the success of the team:
Reporting to supervisor regarding any damage to freight, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards
Comparing data on freight bills to ensure accuracy
Filling out the required paperwork to ensure proper loading/unloading of customer freight
Organizing and securing loading materials onto trailers
Occasionally loading or unloading materials
Operate industrial trucks equipped to move trailers around warehouse and yard
Moving trailers in/out of the dock to load/unload freight
Completing trailer inspections to ensure free from foreign objects, insects, and holes in trailer.
Maintain order and cleanliness in work area.
