Position Overview:
Reporting to UNIQLO IT Leadership, the WMS Applications Expert will be supporting the UNIQLO US Automated Retail and E-Commerce Warehouse located in Phillipsburg, NJ. Achieving smooth and stable system operations for the automated warehouse is critical in achieving UNIQLO's supply chain reform initiatives, aimed at positioning UNIQLO as an innovative retailer with strong international Digital Operations, as well as enabling our multichannel strategy.
The WMS Application Expert's primary role is to ensure that incidents involving IT hardware and software in the warehouse are addressed and managed in a timely manner. This employee will be the immediate point of contact for the warehouse, particularly regarding the Fast Retailing Warehouse Management System (FRWMS). This includes management of inquiries, incidents/system trouble, coordination with off-shore 24x& IT support, key-user training for the new function releases, data manipulation and analysis, device procurement and support, among many other things. The WMS Application Expert will work closely together with the warehouse operations managers and external vendors in identifying workarounds, recovery plans, solutions, in cases where warehouse operation is affected by system issues.
Additionally, the WMS Application Expert will be the overall leader/coordinator for any troubleshooting that is required with other IT systems involved in the warehouse operations such as Network, Warehouse Control System (WCS), Transportations Management System (TMS), Automatic Packing operations, RFID, E-Commerce Order Management System (OMS). Periodical maintenance of IT Hardware files and software asset lists

The Systems Analyst /Telecomm (SA) position is in existence to address the Company's enterprise data and insure of its accuracy as well as the coordination of data between the ERP system, WoodWare (WW) and our external Sales system, 2G. In addition, the person will help support our Telecommunication infrastructure. The SA should have a working knowledge or the company's ERP systems, WoodWare, Warehouse Management, and Edgenet. The SA is responsible for coordinating changes from vendors as well as changes to data between the ERP and external systems. In addition, the SA should work with users to train them in navigation of the systems and develop “super users” throughout the company. The SA Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Maintain Woodware on a daily basis to add/change/delete products and fields as the business requires
• A thorough understanding of XML. Being able to create XML to interface our systems with our customers. Knowledge of XSD and XSLT helpful.
• Possess a well-rounded knowledge of MS SQL Server - including SQL Server administration and maintenance, and must perform SQL data queries and updates using both DDL and DML vocabularies.

This position will play a critical role in supporting the live applications and will work extensively with Oracle Cloud, supporting system configurations, data integrations, security, and reporting.
