The primary responsibilities of the Mortgage Lending Systems Specialist include administering Veridian's loan origination solution, administration of users in numerous mortgage systems, integration of systems to create efficiencies, and report management. Essential Functions
Administer Veridian's mortgage loan origination system (LOS) including test systems and child sites. Work with third party business partners to insure the LOS is updated routinely and being fully utilized.
Maintain interconnectivity between the mortgage LOS and other relevant systems including: online applications, servicing solutions, flood solutions, credit report solutions, verification solutions, appraisal solutions, mortgage insurers, investors, e-sign solutions, etc.
Work with business partners and mortgage lending staff to document procedures. Responsible for training mortgage lending staff on systems, and providing support to staff/members on systems. Keep system procedures updated and current with new releases and changes in processes.
Create, maintain, and update mortgage lending reports as requested by management.
Administer system security: determine user rights within systems, add and remove users, password resets, etc.
Maintain mortgage lending systems including test systems and child sites. Conduct due diligence prior to new releases, compliance/regulatory updates, and system changes. Perform research on system issues/member noise and drive to resolutions/solutions.
Assist management in the selection of new technology solutions or partners. Work with management to prepare systems for regulatory updates, as well as systems changes resulting from audit or compliance findings.
Implement work processes to prevent future deficiencies by improving loan quality. Provide education regarding deficiencies to lending staff.

As a firm, MSA provides comprehensive water services, including planning, design, and construction, for drinking water systems. You will work to address a wide range of needs, from routine water supply to complex treatment and distribution challenges, offering solutions for both site-specific and community-wide water management. This role is a planned strategic hire as MSA's Potable Water teams continue to expand, and we are looking for the candidate to help take us to the next level!
This is a full-time, salaried position that is eligible for Flex Time as well as remote/hybrid working arrangements. Flex time essentially means if you work 42 hours, you have 2 hours to use as time off in the future.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution of potable water projects from concept to completion.
Identify growth opportunities and expand our water infrastructure portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Mentor and inspire a team of engineers and technical professionals.
Represent the organization in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and client engagements.
Qualifications
What you bring
Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, or related field required
Experience with client interaction including council/board meetings required
6+ years of prior experience with water treatment projects required
Professional Engineer (PE) license required

Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $88,871 to $159,800 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.

Job Description
We are a team of diesel engine experts providing technical solutions and delivering problem resolution to customers worldwide. Our goal is to minimize engine downtime when failures occur and to direct changes preventing failures from reoccurring. We achieve this goal though three fundamental steps:
• Communication - We work directly with dealer technicians to fully understand the failure and gather all relevant information.
• Investigation - We utilize technical publications, engineering documentation, and work directly with engineering teams to develop short-term engine repair recommendations.
• Resolution - We document all of our findings and data and track trends to identify emerging issues. We actively participate in creation of technical solutions that provide long-term problem resolution.
Day to Day Activities:
• Analyze engine hardware and engine performance data to identify failures
• Provide troubleshooting direction directly to engine technicians
• Travel to the field when necessary to assist in troubleshooting and to gather failure data
• Work directly with vehicle factories to solve engine integration issues
• Engage engineering and quality improvement teams to determine root cause of field failures
• Develop short-term corrective actions and provide input on long-term problem resolution
• Improve engine diagnostics by authoring technical solutions
• Provide input into engine technical publications and training materials
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• Domestic travel up to 30%
• 4 year degree in engineering or related field
• Demonstrated experience with diesel engine troubleshooting
• Experience helping customers
