This role is primarily focused on advancing automation across the government customer's Microsoft systems and environment. This will be done via scripting in PowerShell and other tools across the environment. The compensation range for this position varies from $100,000 to $125,000 depending on a candidate's years of experience and technical expertise.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a systemsengineer role automating complex IT infrastructure
- DoD 8140/8570 Certifications to be qualified as an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II
- Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance or a higher level clearance

ELECTRONICS ENGINEER
The position of PDS/TEMPEST Engineer is responsible for conducting PDS design reviews, PDS inspections of Navy facilities, reviewing Navy TEMPEST Requirements Questionnaires (TRQs), and performing TEMPEST inspections and testing of equipment. Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Engineer must have a thorough understanding of PDS requirements and be able to assess the adequacy of proposed designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EXPERIENCE
* Five (5) - Seven (7) years of professional experience in research, design, and development of computer and network software, architecture, or specialized utility programs which may include database development & maintenance within an application area. Must have experience applying programming concepts in a professional setting and notable experience with applying modern software development methodologies (e.g. agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS) in a professional setting.
* Three (3) years of technical experience in architecture & support of C5ISR or information management systems.
* Systemsengineering experience within DOD programs, ideally USMC programs to include requirements management and specification development.
CLEARANCE
* Current active Secret, with reasonable expectation of eligibility for a Top Secret clearance in the future.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing large-scale IT systems.
* Familiarity with cloud-based Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IAAS) platforms, with a preference for experience in government secure hosted environments.
* Proficiency with Agile methodologies and sprint cycles, including using tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
* Understanding of testing, quality assurance, and system integration strategies within a systemsengineering context.
* Knowledge of server and network management and configuration.
* Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements and feedback into actionable tasks.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies and software quickly.
* Strong understanding of USMC Configuration Management best practices.
* Familiarity with DoD Cybersecurity Practices and Procedures.
LOCATION
* The work location is on-site at North Charleston, SC with 0-10% travel expected.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (these are a Plus)
* IT certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
