This role serves as the on-site Airbus U.S. representative at a customer facility, acting as the primary interface between Airbus U.S. and the client. The position requires close collaboration with Airbus U.S. engineers, project managers, and operations personnel who are based remotely. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting of flight hardware and ground support equipment (GSE).

Required Competencies:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Administrator in an enterprise environment, or 8 years of progressive experience leading up to the role.
Proven experience and expertise in corporate Wintel environments, with a strong background in integrating and implementing solutions utilizing cloud, virtualization, storage, networking, and other infrastructure-supporting technologies.
Strong ability to identify key issues and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across the IT department, business stakeholders, and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with staff, executives, and external partners.
Willingness and capability to work extended hours, including nights, as needed to support infrastructure operations and ensure business continuity.
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), VMware Certified Professional).
