We are seeking a strong Cloud Engineer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of how all technology components fit together to meet the needs of the firm and the department as we mature and increase our sophistication. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, with a focus on design documentation before delivering solutions, and will rely on data to recommend decisions and measure their impact. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture Design & Implementation: Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and resilient hybrid cloud solutions in on-premise, Azure, and M365 environments. Develop comprehensive cloud strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. Architect complex file systems and data management solutions to optimize access, security, and performance based on business needs. Optimization & Monitoring: Utilize strong skills in optimization, monitoring, and reporting to elevate the team's management of the environment using data-based decision-making. Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools to proactively manage cloud resources and detect potential issues. Leadership, Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, legal, and business units, to align cloud initiatives with organizational goals.
