Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and support MRI applications in an environment requiring 24/7 uptime
Respond to inbound requests for on-premise and hosted clients within prescribed service levels
Troubleshoot components of systems relying on proven techniques for IT data center analysis and evaluation
Monitor, document, and manage the resolution process in a timely manner, while effectively communicating status with the client to maintain a high rate of client satisfaction
Manage and maintain data backups/restore requests for SQL databases
Install new software releases and system upgrades, including new client setups and migrations
Follow change management procedures
Create, update, audit and modify documentation as required
Perform auditing tasks as needed by the business for various products

Experience with authentication and security best practices to ensure least privilege rights
Knowledge of SaaS models and large-scale, distributed web architectures utilizing SaaS technologies is a plus
Experience with API configuration and troubleshooting is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or relevant work experience preferred

Develop the beneficiary's skills and knowledge required to provide tier-2 and tier-3 technical support for an organization
Further develop skills necessary to complete common system administration tasks in an Active Directory environment
Introduce the beneficiary to advanced concepts and techniques to include group policy, puppet, and other similar automation technologies
Provide hands-on experience in a real-world environment, and an opportunity to demonstrate the skills gained from this program

Job Description
What you'll do:
More specifically, responsibilities include the following duties:
Conduct system performance analysis and provide solutions to support planning, operations, engineering, regulatory and financial needs of the company.
Perform electrical engineering studies related to power system stability, reliability, and compliance.
Perform transient and voltage stability studies, insulation coordination studies, electromagnetic field studies, and studies of geomagnetically induced currents and geomagnetic disturbance.
Perform power-flow analyses in support of system dynamic stability, system restoration, and geomagnetic disturbance analyses.
Develop and maintain power system models.
Calculate electromagnetic interference for overhead and underground transmission lines.
Technical Expertise:
Keeps abreast of new products, developments, technologies, procedures and equipment. Understands and analyzes interrelationships between systems and component equipment. Interprets codes and regulations, and develops standards relevant to the area of assignment.
Leadership & Guidance:
Provides guidance and exercises judgment and discretion in providing guidance and direction to other Engineers. Leads, facilitates and coordinates work activities of others within the work group, team, department, corporate entity, or those external to the company as required to perform all routine engineering work. Ensures all work activities are performed in accordance with the policies, practices, standards and rules of the company and complies with the regulations and procedures required by external agencies.
