Requirements:
Previous Experience & Education:

About The Role
Reporting to the Manager, CSV, the Validation Analyst III will assure that equipment and computer systems are validated in accordance with industry best practices (GAMP), regulatory requirements, company policies and procedural operating standards. As a mid-level subject matter expert (SME) in Computerized System Validation, the Validation Analyst III will provide technical expertise and guidance to management and cross functions. Work closely with internally assigned departments and externally with software vendors and/or contractors, regulatory audit teams and other service providers to facilitate implementation, testing and application of validation principles throughout the implementation process.
Train interdepartmental teams on basic GDP compliance with respect to CSV practices.

Manage, ITIL incidents assigned to Infrastructure Service Area and include, but is not limited to, incidents relating to OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, 802.1q VLAN, Shortest Path Bridging (802.1AQ), 802.1x switch port authentication/Cisco ISE, router and switching operating system/firmware, Cisco VPN, related DNS and DHCP, dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), physical and virtual networks, QoS, Cisco Nexus Data Center technology, MPLS networks and DISA STIG implementation.
The contractor shall support Infrastructure on first shift. ANG NOS Infrastructure manages the following:
Cisco routers and switches on 2 networks
VPN appliances
Cisco Nexus devices on 2 networks
Responsible for enterprise routing, managing routing and switching at multiple data centers.
Special Qualifications
Must have a minimum of Cisco CCNP with three (3) years of related professional IT experience commensurate with tasks outlined in this service area.
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching features, 802.1q VLAN implementations and Shortest Path Bridging (802.1AQ).
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot router and switch operating system/firmware upgrades and perform assigned upgrades within reported TCNO timeline.
Ability to troubleshoot DNS and DHCP.
Ability to configure network addressing (Sub-Netting, Interface Protocols).
Ability to configure and troubleshoot physical and virtual networks, leveraging IP networking technology (OSI Reference Model, Topologies, Protocols, TCP, UDP, LAN Technologies, switching concepts, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol).
Ability to configure and troubleshoot Quality of Service (QoS).
Ability to configure and troubleshoot QoS incidents.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus Data Center technology.
Experience with creating and maintaining detailed Visio drawings.
Knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center (formally DNA) with demonstrated ability to monitor and maintain Cisco routers and switches and provide reports.
The contractor shall have the ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Virtual Private Network (VPN) hardware.
The contractor shall have the ability to troubleshoot and maintain MPLS networks.
The contractor shall have the ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Virtual Private Network (VPN) hardware.
Must hold a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or be able to obtain one within 90 days.
SECRET Security Clearance (FINAL) Required
Additional Preferences
Ability to configure and troubleshoot dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
Ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco VPN hardware.
Ability to apply and interpret DISA STIGs
Ability to configure and troubleshoot 802.1x switch port authentication via Forescout and Cisco ISE.
