Will be responsible for designing TDM and Ethernet connectivity across the network for data and voice services, to include Internet, Ethernet 2.0, Network, Carrier End User, and FTTC in Netcracker. Will assist in resource inventory clean-up. Must understand Network and Circuit path standards used at the company. Will utilize a WFM workflow database to track circuit/service orders and update the order status in the database. Works closely and collaborates with all internal departments.
