Wells Street Growth is searching for a Customer Solutions Engineer on behalf of a client. Our client is a disrupter in the payments processing industry, with a product that allows businesses and their customers to receive funds instantly. As their client base grows, there is a need to add a technical customer success professional to the team. There are three high level areas of responsibility that this person will have: Help customers solve both non-technical and technical issues related to the platform Contribute to increased platform usage/revenue by working towards customer retention and identifying opportunities to upsell Aid in building a sustainable customer solutions practice Skills that will make someone successful in the role: Experience in a customer success role at a start up, with a connection to revenue Prior work with SQL, to troubleshoot issues and examine customer data Experience evaluating log files to determine the cause of technical issues This role carries an expectation to be onsite in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood 4 days per week. We will be prioritizing candidates who are currently local to the Chicago area during the search.
