A minimum of 18 months of relevant experience installing and configuring software associated with Tyler solutions.
Demonstrated proficiency with installing and upgrading Tyler applications.
Strong knowledge of web servers (IIS, Apache) and secured communication (SSL).
Basic knowledge of server hardware and network configurations.

The base salary range targeted for this role is $95,000 - $120,000. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on factors such as company and personal performance. The Guidewire Data Migration Solution Engineer will play a key role in the successful migration of policy data from legacy to the new Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud platform. This role requires deep expertise in data architecture, ETL design, and
end to end data migration lifecycle execution in Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud
- ensuring accuracy, completeness and auditability of migrated data. The engineer will collaborate with architecture, business and integration teams to design, build, and validate a scalable, high quality data migration framework that supports multiple state roll out.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end data migration solutions to the Guidewire PolicyCenter platforms.
Develop and maintain ETL workflows for data extraction, transformation, and load using Informatica (IDMC) or equivalent tools.
Design and implement reconciliation and audit frameworks to ensure data quality and completeness.
Define mapping specifications between legacy policy systems and Guidewire target data models.
Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation using tools like Informatica (IDMC) Data Quality, Cloud Data Governance & Catalog or SQL based profiling scripts.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify data gaps, transformation logic, and migration sequencing.
Collaborate with infrastructure and Devops teams for environment set up, pipeline automation, and migration run scheduling.
Lead data validation during System Integration and User AcceptanceTesting, resolving defects through analysis and fixes in ETL or mapping layers.
Ensure compliance with data governance, PII handling and security standards.
Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog refinement and other agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience; technical Master`s degree preferred
Generally a minimum of 10 years related experience
Required Technical Skills:
7+ years of experience in data migration or data integration related roles.
Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter application and its data model.
Hands-on experience with ETL Tools like Informatica (IDMC) or similar.
Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, DB2).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).
Hands-on experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bamboo) and Liquibase for database schema versioning.
