+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Nature of Role: Mikel is seeking several full-time Systems Engineers to support on-site in Newport, RI at NUWCDIVNPT. MIKEL is tasked to provide development, integration, test & evaluation, installation and ISEA support for Sub-Systems aboard Submarines. Responsibilities:
Tailoring/configuring software into a product viable for submarines and developing the associated load plans and procedures
Developing GFI packages appropriate to support the development of ECR's, SHIPALTs, HW, and software alterations to Submarine Network systems
Building software installation packages (boat specific software configurations) and supporting onboard installations
Work closely with Ship's Force personnel to train them on the successful administration of the network
Responsibilities during installations include running hardware and software checks, migrating data from legacy systems onto the new systems, managing and coordinating the schedules of connecting subsystems, as well as providing on-the-job training to administrators and running verification tests on the new system
Requirements:
4 + years of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Working knowledge and experience of administering Microsoft domains, networks including local and wide area networking
