OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
Provide Connections system support and training to The William George Agency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide training in Connections systems use for all new Cottage Professional Staff.
* Provide ongoing Connections training for all Cottage Professional Staff and Administrators when appropriate.
* Open and close all Agency cases within Connections and work with Case Managers (County Caseworkers) to enhance the overall Connections process.
* Track all Connections cases for the Agency, verifying case initiation dates to ensure accurate scheduling of planning conferences as well as general troubleshooting.
* Complete Family Services Intake Stage for all applicable OCFS cases upon admission.
* Re-assign all Connections cases that may be transferred within the Agency.
* Troubleshoot, consult, and provide an immediate resource for Connections operations for all Behavioral Health Clinicians, Family Workers, ILS Specialists, Case Planners, and Administrators.
* Attend all Connections trainings and related meetings to relay all information back to Agency staff with Connections obligations.
* Assign Clinic staff to all cases for medical data input relative to Connections.
* Conduct Case Record Reviews on a monthly/quarterly basis relative to case notes, etc., and report such findings to your immediate Supervisor and the appropriate Residential Supervisor.
* Develop and perform comparative analysis opportunities related to trends in case management to include family contacts, FASP completions, and other case management areas. Report trends in the area of case file management to the QA Supervisor.
* Work with client stakeholders, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Family Workers, Independent Living Specialists, Case Planners, and Administrators to gather and receive data related to case management and identify areas requiring improvement for inclusion in the PQI Committee review process.
* Review all County Contracts relative to Connections requirements and ensure that the Agency meets all obligations related to such contracts.
* Provide administrative support for Agency staff as a training coordinator for HSLC.
* Conduct audits through the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of documentation.
* Implement and monitor policies and procedures related to case management systems, ensuring alignment with OCFS requirements and Agency goals.

Imaging Service Engineer - Healthcare
Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly experienced Imaging Service Engineer to inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate basic diagnostic imaging equipment, devices, systems, instruments, etc. and interact on a routine basis with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems and solutions.
Job Duties:
Ensure all medical equipment is maintained in a quality and timely manner
Repair, maintain and calibrate medical imaging devices, in a hospital or healthcare setting
Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices
Specific experience with the following medical devices or equipment: Hologic Mammography, Carestream- Radiology Room, Fluoroscopy, Phillips C-Arm, Phillips/ Carestream X-Ray, and some Cath Lab. OEC training or Certification is preferred.
Participate in on-the-job training programs regarding technical, administrative, and customer service requirements.
Inspect, maintain, repair and calibrate equipment and systems
Ensures regulatory compliance
Provides advanced support of equipment for direct patient care
Solves organization-level customer service issues and complaints
Preparing required documentation and reports
Demonstrates a safety mindset
Financial responsibility for purchasing parts and service
Requirements:
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
5 years of imaging equipment repair experience
Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices
Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
Scheduling flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training

The core of the program consists of three rotating job assignments generally every 6-9 months across one of the several potential tracks. Depending on the track, you may establish broad experience across engineering groups or deeper experience within a more specialized area. Each is designed to develop the experience and critical skills needed for your future role after graduating from the program.
For each rotation, participants will be tasked with challenging but rewarding assignments that will have a positive impact on the communities we serve while also providing opportunities to develop as future engineering leaders. Members may also be given opportunities to work on Process Improvement or Cross Functional Projects that relate to their rotations.
Depending on the degree, desired career path and business needs, these rotations could include experiences in Orange, CT, Rochester/Binghamton, NY and Augusta/Portland, ME.
The rotations would be in the following Tracks: Gas Engineering, Design & Delivery
You'll join a team where you'll learn the regulatory requirements that apply to the natural gas industry; construction standards, operating and maintenance practices for natural gas facilities; and the planning, design, project management, and construction practices associated with new and replacement facilities. Gas engineering works with gas operations and many other departments to ensure safe, reliable, and economical energy to our customers.
The next cohort will start July 2025.
Job Requirements/ Preferences
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial/System Engineering
Preferred GPA of 3.2 and above
Engineering co-op or internship experience preferred (Avangrid Internship a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read drawings and schematics preferred
Able to work in a team environment and learn key business processes/procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated strong leadership and/or proven technical skills
Highly motivated and takes initiative
Able to relocate for positions as required
