This position will play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and advancing Epicor Kinetic across all departments while helping Riveer streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enable continued growth. The Systems Engineer - Collaboration will work closely with clients to implement and support advanced unified communications solutions across both on-premise and cloud environments. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented engineer with strong knowledge of collaboration technologies such as Cisco, RingCentral, and Zoom, and a deep understanding of VoIP protocols and system integration. The engineer will focus on delivery, troubleshooting, and optimization of collaboration systems to meet client communication needs. What You Would Do Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and communication needs. Design and architect communications solutions utilizing both on premise and as-a-service cloud. Develop detailed technical designs and implementation plans for collaboration solutions. Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding best practices for collaboration implementation and optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to collaboration technologies including: call routing, gateway debugging, system health, and inter-application connectivity. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in collaboration technologies. What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Cisco Unified Communications Consultant or in a similar role, designing and implementing Cisco Unified Communications solutions. Familiar with implementing industry leading communication technologies such as Cisco, Ring Central, Zoom. Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, and H.323 protocols. Hands-on experience with Cisco IP telephony devices, such as IP phones and gateways. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex communication issues. Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
