Responsibilities
The Program Analyst will provide support to the NAVSEA AUKUS program, focusing on program support to the SSN AUKUS Support (Phase 3) Directorate. Responsibilities include working with government and industry partners across the trilateral (US, UK, and Australia) nations to support the development of a sufficient workforce and supply chain to construct and sustain the SSN AUKUS platform. This position includes technical and administrative support of program wide activities including risk management, scheduling, strategic advising, budget management, technical assistance, and event coordination.
This position is located at SPA HQ in Alexandria, VA but requires frequent travel to the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) in Washington, DC. There is some opportunity for up to ~15% travel to partner and industry stakeholder locations.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Network Field Technician supports shipboard operations and maintenance for SURTASS mission equipment, troubleshooting and repairing systems, supporting logistics, and ensuring compliance with Navy maintenance and reporting standards. Operating aboard SURTASS vessels during extended deployments, the role maximizes system readiness, supports Fleet commanders, and ensures self-sufficient, continuous maritime surveillance operation.

What You'll Do
Stand watch in the SURTASS Operations Center to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mission equipment.
Keep accurate logs, records, and monitor/send Naval Message Traffic.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all mission equipment following procedures and manuals.
Log maintenance issues using the WILD trouble ticket system, including labor, parts, and external support used.
Maintain and update inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
Operate and maintain shipboard test equipment, coordinating calibration and maintenance with the Product Support Facility.
Maintain a technical library onboard to support all mission equipment.
Submit required reports following the Statement of Work, Standard Operating Procedures, and other directives.
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems and networks onboard SURTASS vessels.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Associate's degree in computer science, electronics technology, or a related technical field from an accredited university is required
OR
must be a graduate of a U.S. Navy electronics "C" school or equivalent civilian electronics technical school. Curriculum must have dealt directly with the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Virtual Machine Computers (VME) computers, digital computers, microprocessors, or peripheral/interface equipment, networks, communication systems, navigation systems, and/or sonar systems.
At least three (3) years of hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of data networks, digital computers, microprocessors, cloud computing environments, and distributed data systems.
Demonstrated experience in Radio Frequency (RF) solutions, network security, Quality of Service (QoS), and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) for current and future shipboard networking systems required.
Must be able to troubleshoot network connectivity issues, repair hardware, and perform daily tasks such as status reports, asset tracking, and generating/resolving trouble tickets.
Demonstrated experience with updating systems, including operating systems, networking and storage templates, server design, storage allocation, and virtualization.
Must be able to stage, image, and deploy laptop and desktop machines, as well as migrating data.
Demonstrated experience in developing network automation solutions and experience with new network technologies including voice, automation, and other network technologies.
At least two (2) years of combined experience in the management, administration, maintenance, and repair of UNIX/LINUX and Windows based computer networks, including:

Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in agentic AI systems, cloud-native development, and enterprise architecture to provide technical leadership and oversight for the design and implementation of AI solutions in Microsoft Azure environments. The Solution Architect will play a critical role in driving customer engagements, collaborating with clients to integrate AI-driven workflow optimizations, and ensuring successful adoption of agentic AI technologies. This role combines technical expertise in Azure and AI with strong customer-facing skills to deliver transformative business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical and architecture lead on client engagements focused on implementing agentic AI-based solutions.
Architect and develop agentic AI solutions using Azure AI services and third-party platforms via xAI's API.
Design end-to-end technical architectures that leverage Azure services, large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and secure data pipelines.
Oversee end-to-end implementation of agentic AI solutions, including model training, integration, and testing within Azure environments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and Azure security best practices.
Monitor AI solution performance using Azure monitoring tools.
Work with product owners, project managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable solution architectures.
Define system interfaces, APIs, microservice architectures, and orchestration strategies for intelligent agent workflows.
Ensure technical deliverables meet standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.
Lead architectural reviews, participate in sprint planning, and ensure alignment with DevSecOps and MLOps best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate new tools, models, and AI patterns that align with customer goals.
Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and architecture artifacts for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or architecture roles.
3+ years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure
Proven experience in architecting and delivering agent-based AI systems, LLM-integrated applications, or intelligent automation platforms.
Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C# for AI model development.
Experience with enterprise integration patterns, RESTful API design, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with security, compliance, and identity/access management in Azure environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing directly with both technical resources and executive stakeholders.

Review Land Surveyor (Right of Way)

We are seeking an experienced Review Surveyor to serve as the agency's technical authority for right of way boundary control, survey review, and mapping analysis in support of federal land acquisition and infrastructure programs. This role will ensure all survey products meet federal and state standards, project requirements, and legal defensibility.
The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with extensive experience in survey review for right of way acquisition, corridor projects, and eminent domain cases. In addition, the candidate will hold a Licensed State Land Surveyor (LSLS) specialized credential from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (TBPELS).
Accurate and defensible survey work is the foundation of all right of way acquisition and eminent domain cases. The agency requires a senior-level Review Surveyor to safeguard legal integrity, reduce litigation risks, and ensure compliance across survey deliverables. The addition of this position will improve project efficiency, reduce contract costs, and strengthen technical oversight of complex right of way projects nationwide.
Responsibilities
* Review, verify, and approve survey plats, legal descriptions, and right of way maps prepared by in-house or contract surveyors.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local survey standards, including boundary law, cadastral requirements, and right of way regulations.
* Provide authoritative technical recommendations to project managers, appraisers, engineers, and attorneys on survey and boundary matters.
* Serve as an expert witness in administrative or judicial proceedings involving boundary disputes, right of way acquisition, and eminent domain.
* Oversee quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of survey deliverables for accuracy, precision, and legal sufficiency.
* Develop and maintain survey policies, technical manuals, and guidance for right of way acquisition and management.
* Provide training and mentorship to junior survey staff and acquisition professionals.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (engineering, appraisal, legal) to resolve complex land and right of way issues.

The Project Control Analyst will support Program Management Teams (Vice Presidents, Program Directors, Program Managers, and Project Leaders) in financial management of projects and programs. Responsibilities

* Facilitate contract kick-off meetings to ensure consistency and effectiveness of CostPoint project set up, project billing and accounting, and other contractual obligations and requirements that have a financial implication. * Proactively partner with program management team in order to understand and track program risks and challenges and ensure risk mitigation activities are in place as necessary to avoid performance issues.
* Prepare and/or support preparation of client status reports, integrated program reviews, and/or ad-hoc program related financial requests from clients, internal management, and other stakeholders.
* Review and approve client invoices for submission to customer. Collaborate with Project Accounting and Billing Department in supporting client questions associated with billings and reviewing and resolving unbilled charges.
* Monitor, track, and forecast project spend for labor and non-labor (travel/ODCs). Manage labor category spend on T&M contracts with labor category ceilings.
* Collaborate with Pricing Department and Program Management teams in development of price proposals and cost estimates including documentation of pricing assumptions and basis of estimates.
* Support audit requirements from federal agencies (DCAA/DCMA/Other) and internal and external auditors.
