Responsibilities The Contracts Management Analyst IIIA position will assist the Government to draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, NMCARS, and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements. The ideal candidate will: * Coordinate Industry Days. * Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government. * Provide administrative source selection support. * Administer contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables. CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $170K - $190K. Qualifications Required * Master's Degree * Ten (10) or more years of professional contract management support experience * Possess Top Secret/SCI Clearance * DAWIA Level III in program management or similiar (e.g. PMP) * DoD contract management experience working with FAR/DRARS/NMCARS Contracts Management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts * Three (3) years of direct support to a Navy organization performing systems acquisition Desired * ACAT I or II experience Responsibilities Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc.
