General Summary
Under supervision of Section Manager or Team Leader and according to established procedures performs retrieving, delivering, and maintaining of patient images. Performs complex clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of images, documents and information. Sets up and maintains office equipment. Compiles regular reports using established formats and procedures. Performs reception duties such as answering the phone, as required. Capital Project Systems Specialist

Albemarle is seeking a Capital Project Systems SAP Specialist to assist in the management of the various project management information systems required across its capital project portfolio. This role will primarily assist project management teams by managing and maintaining various project delivery systems across for the global project management community. Candidate should be knowledgeable in various industry standard project management information systems (PMIS) to support capital projects that vary from small continuity capital at a site to $2 billion in total installed capital (TIC) on a pace of approximately 2 Billion USD per year of overall spending. Currently, Albemarle works with internal resources to manage the continuity capital and global EPC/CM firms for various concurrent mega-projects (over $500 million TIC) in China, Australia, Chile, and the US. Candidate will be an individual contributor who must work in a matrixed environment to assist the global project management community.

Responsibilities
Participate in the global Center of Excellence for Project Management Information Systems, including providing and maintaining training, business process improvement, and community engagement (in coordination with the Capital Projects Training Manager) as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP and related systems Manage SAP Project Systems (PS) and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) as the first line of contact for the global project management community and a key member of the process owner community Maintain the corporate capital project Delegation of Authority matrix and related SOX controls within SAPRepresent the interests of the Capital Project organization to assure alignment across work streams and global alignment with in the capital projects organization
Maintain liaison with other process owners and workstreams to ensure alignment on corporate strategy and goals. Coordinate support of Shared Service Centers in Budapest, Hungary and Dalian, China

Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant PMIS and ERP systems, specifically SAPPrevious experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP PPM is highly desirable
Skills Required
Knowledge/Skills: Expertise in SAP Capital Project related modules (PS, PPM, AA, PM, CO) is a must. Must be self-motivated and possess good organizational skills. Must be able to work as part of a team. Must pay close attention to details, follow high standards for accuracy and completeness and accept constructive criticism from coworkers.
Computer Proficiencies: Detailed knowledge in SharePoint and SAP project systems is necessary. Coordinates ongoing department/plant efforts to maintain the CAPA and MOC system by managing workflow and escalating deficiencies to leadership Act as SME for document control system and manage document workflow for the site including training and coaching of the site document coordinators.Assembles and organizes training material for new programs, processes, or procedures. PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Individual must be able to respond appropriately during site emergencies as directed by the Site Emergency Manager. Must be capable of evacuating the manufacturing process areas in a timely manner should an emergency situation arise. The candidate must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment if required to work or visit within the manufacturing process area. This may include hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes, or other equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being performed. Other physical activities may include walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 25 lbs., or reaching depending on the work activity required. Work is performed in an office/plant environment with frequent trips to the operating units to assess equipment or processes, perform inspections and/or collect data. May be required to operate Company vehicle on Company business. Confined space entry may be required. Training required to perform the job properly may require this position to travel around the United States of America.

Candidate must also have the ability to 1) identify critical issues and formulate action plans with all levels of management, including Corporate, 2) develop and foster a positive work environment at all levels, and 3) resolve conflicts through problem resolution skills.
