General Summary
Under supervision of Section Manager or Team Leader and according to established procedures performs retrieving, delivering, and maintaining of patient images. Performs complex clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of images, documents and information. Sets up and maintains office equipment. Compiles regular reports using established formats and procedures. Performs reception duties such as answering the phone, as required. Performs PACS and CPACS functions to include: importing and exporting of exams, quality assurance, assistance for Radiologists and other hospital staff, and performs other office duties when needed. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General.

Qualifications
Level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of high school. Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and general public.
Ability to follow procedures and instructions in completing work duties.
Proof of customer relations training or experience.

Job Description

Capital Project Systems Specialist

Albemarle is seeking a Capital Project Systems SAP Specialist to assist in the management of the various project management information systems required across its capital project portfolio. This role will primarily assist project management teams by managing and maintaining various project delivery systems across for the global project management community. Candidate should be knowledgeable in various industry standard project management information systems (PMIS) to support capital projects that vary from small continuity capital at a site to $2 billion in total installed capital (TIC) on a pace of approximately 2 Billion USD per year of overall spending. Currently, Albemarle works with internal resources to manage the continuity capital and global EPC/CM firms for various concurrent mega-projects (over $500 million TIC) in China, Australia, Chile, and the US. Candidate will be an individual contributor who must work in a matrixed environment to assist the global project management community.

Responsibilities
Participate in the global Center of Excellence for Project Management Information Systems, including providing and maintaining training, business process improvement, and community engagement (in coordination with the Capital Projects Training Manager) as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP and related systems Manage SAP Project Systems (PS) and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) as the first line of contact for the global project management community and a key member of the process owner community Maintain the corporate capital project Delegation of Authority matrix and related SOX controls within SAPRepresent the interests of the Capital Project organization to assure alignment across work streams and global alignment with in the capital projects organization
Maintain liaison with other process owners and workstreams to ensure alignment on corporate strategy and goals. Coordinate support of Shared Service Centers in Budapest, Hungary and Dalian, China

Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant PMIS and ERP systems, specifically SAPPrevious experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP PPM is highly desirable
Skills Required
Knowledge/Skills: Expertise in SAP Capital Project related modules (PS, PPM, AA, PM, CO) is a must. Must be self-motivated and possess good organizational skills. Must be able to work as part of a team. Must pay close attention to details, follow high standards for accuracy and completeness and accept constructive criticism from coworkers.
Computer Proficiencies: Detailed knowledge in SharePoint and SAP project systems is necessary. General skills in MS PowerPoint, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications are required.Communication Skills: Must have analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field.Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.Master's Degree in related field is a plus.Project Management experience, such as Project Manager, Project Engineer, etc, is a plus Project Controls Experience, such as Project Controls Management, Project Scheduling, or Project Risk Management, is a plus

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Coordinates ongoing department/plant efforts to maintain the CAPA and MOC system by managing workflow and escalating deficiencies to leadership Act as SME for document control system and manage document workflow for the site including training and coaching of the site document coordinators.Assembles and organizes training material for new programs, processes, or procedures. Reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed training programs, and recommends appropriate changes so that training meets PSM, GMP, ISO, RC, and/or other regulatory requirements.Develops training packages and progress tracking system for in-plant employee transfers.Conducts formal classroom training, on-the-job-training, and informal coaching as required.Works cross-functionally with other departments to provide guidance to meet training requirements.Develops system for monitoring and maintaining all employee training records and files.Provides reports for customer audits regarding training records.Ensures plant procedures and policies are all up-to-date, accurate, and reviewed as required.Designs SharePoint sites for departments and creates consistent methodology for effective use.Coordinates & participates in new hire orientation and refresher training as required.Arranges management, individual contributor, and front-line personnel training.Assists all departments with training needs.Identifies and defines present and future training needs by conducting job analyses.Lead and coordinate ongoing efforts to streamline document management system.Responsible for updating the document database and ensuring compliance with ISO, GMP and OSHA requirements for document and record control Track document status and communicate outstanding document reviews or approvals to leadership to deliver 100% document control compliance. In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
A Bachelor's Degree or Associates in relevant field of study, with experience1-3 years' experience developing and leading training or learning environments Extensive PC and Microsoft Suite skills: including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Databases, and other pc applications. Must be well organized and a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) are required. Must be flexible with ability to adjust to rapid changes in work priorities with the ability to prioritize work to those changes.Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial business operations

PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Individual must be able to respond appropriately during site emergencies as directed by the Site Emergency Manager. Must be capable of evacuating the manufacturing process areas in a timely manner should an emergency situation arise. The candidate must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment if required to work or visit within the manufacturing process area. This may include hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes, or other equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being performed. Other physical activities may include walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 25 lbs., or reaching depending on the work activity required. Work is performed in an office/plant environment with frequent trips to the operating units to assess equipment or processes, perform inspections and/or collect data. May be required to operate Company vehicle on Company business. Confined space entry may be required. Training required to perform the job properly may require this position to travel around the United States of America.

Candidate must also have the ability to 1) identify critical issues and formulate action plans with all levels of management, including Corporate, 2) develop and foster a positive work environment at all levels, and 3) resolve conflicts through problem resolution skills.

The individual must also have the ability to identify quality improvement opportunities and formulate action plans for implementation. This requires exceptional work planning and problem-solving skills.
