Overview
Responsible for cleaning, inspecting, repairing, and testing customer equipment and T.D. Williamson (TDW) services equipment for damage or wear before delivery to job site.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Maintain clean, orderly work area and observe company safety rules.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and global training and support to obtain new product information and troubleshoot design and/or testing issues.
Recommend upgrades and modifications to improve asset performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical assets at the individual component level
Participate in HT&P training program(s) to benefit current position as well as preparing for future assignments.
Assist with repairs, testing, cleaning, and inspection of equipment for damage or wear ensuring worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced in accordance with established quality control procedures.
Record maintenance of service center hot tapping and plugging equipment.
Experience
Technical/vocational certification(s) in automation, mechanics, or electronics and three (3) years of technical experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Repair and maintenance experience of TDW services equipment required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Excellent computer skills, including ability to learn new software and follow critical processes. Working knowledge of hydraulic equipment such as pumps, motors, control valves, etc.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to safely and properly use hand tools and small power tools used in the fabrication of electro-mechanical devices.
Working knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics.
Excellent attention to detail including a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints.

Summary:
This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of pipelines, equipment and performance of work associated with daily operation and maintenance of gas and liquid facilities and pipelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor station or pump station equipment, plant facilities and pipeline facilities including: prime movers and compressors, valves, filters, separators, dehydrators, pumps, and auxiliary equipment in order to meet production and product throughput requirements in a reliable and efficient manner while in compliance with the Partnership's procedures and regulatory requirements
* Plan, organize, prioritize, communicate, and coordinate work with employees and contractors to validate the work is completed in a safe, timely, and effective manner
* Provide budgetary information, schedule work and outages, order materials, maintain inventory, and coordinate needed resources
* Interpret and utilize drawings, schematics, loading/pump curves, OEM manuals, and other technical resources in the performance of assigned work
* Effectively and safely use hand tools, power tools, and portable and mobile work equipment in hazardous, classified, and non-hazardous environments
* Utilize precision measurement equipment to determine dimensions and set operating equipment clearances and tolerances

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Perform basic service for fleet related to running repairs, such as light bulbs, flashers, minor repairs, and, perform higher levels of service and repairs, to include brakes, suspensions, air conditioners, electrical, as skills are developed;
* Support and assist in the performance of all maintenance and repairs on the vehicle fleet "in house" when possible;
* Assists in making major repairs to body, chassis, engines and other component systems.
* Perform basic PMI service tasks such as oil and filter changes, fluid level checks, safety inspections, and minor repairs;
* Assist in the movement of vehicles, and schedule and coordinate all out-of-service vehicles with the Fleet Manager or designee;
