In this role, you'll shape the Hispanic brand narrative across all channels-turning insights into storytelling that drives connection, growth, and cultural relevance. What You'll Do
* Build the annual strategy for the Hispanic segment, working with channel partners to drive growth from both base and new customers, setting annual and quarterly goals and performance targets.
* Brief campaigns and drive execution through partners across the marketing ecosystem-including Advertising, PR, Sponsorships, Retail Merchandising, and Experiential-to deliver integrated initiatives that move the brand and the business.

What You Bring
* 8-10 years of marketing experience, including 3+ in multicultural or Hispanic marketing.
* Proven success leading integrated, cross-channel campaigns for major consumer brands.
* Experience leading agencies, budgets, and partnerships.
* Fully Bilingual in written and spoken English (5) and Spanish (5), with deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic culture and consumer behavior.

Our team builds solution bundles that combine 5G ANS connectivity, edge compute, and partner applications to power real-world intelligence for robots, sensors, and vision workloads. The remit spans strategy, product design, and GTM across T-Mobile for Business, Network Engineering, and the Data & AI organization. Focus areas include AI inferencing monetization, Edge Control solution design, and near-edge infrastructure planning. What You'll Do
Scope and prioritize high-value use cases at the network edge, size TAM/SAM/SOM, and translate findings into crisp product bets and pricing recommendations. Support design and delivery of Summer pilots for Edge Control and Edge AI solutions with partners in computer vision and robotics, then quantify impact and codify repeatable offers. Produce executive-ready briefs, PRDs, and KPI dashboards that guide go-to-market and investment decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with TFB, Network, and Data & AI teams to validate performance claims and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze markets and customer signals to prioritize edge-ready AI inferencing and Edge Control use cases, building TAM/SAM/SOM and unit-economics models.
* Draft lightweight PRDs, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for pilots across video intelligence, industrial IoT, and robotics.
* Coordinate pilot execution with partners, capture results, and convert learnings into repeatable solution packages and GTM collateral.
* Build clear, executive-ready slides and dashboards that track KPIs, SLAs, and financial outcomes for Edge Control and related offers.
What It Takes
* Rising junior, senior, or graduate student in Business, CS, EE, Data/Analytics, or related field.
* Coursework or experience in AI/ML and cloud/edge computing; understanding of inference vs. training and basic product economics.
* Analytical fluency in Excel/Sheets and SQL or Python for sizing, cohorting, and KPI modeling.
* Familiarity with 5G concepts (UPF, network slicing) and containerized workloads is a plus.
* Strong writing and visualization skills to create PRDs and executive narratives; comfort working across product, engineering, and GTM teams.

As an Inside Sales Representative in the T-Mobile for Business Channel, you will play a meaningful role in marketing our company's portfolio of business products and services to existing. This is a true hunter role! We're looking for driven, persistent, outstanding sales professionals to bring our products and services to underserved customers. Your primary focus will be mining and growing existing accounts. Through account management and solutions-based selling, you will analyze customer needs to identify and customize wireless voice, data products and services to maintain and grow accounts. This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully growing accounts within an assigned account base. You are accountable for a high volume of activity through customer calls, emails, appointments, and funnel management as part of your assigned accounts. Job Responsibilities:
Daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools to complete outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, on-line meetings/appointments.
Perform research to understand customer's unique needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities. Using research, select appropriate product/service information messaging to meet the needs of individual customers.
Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call to proposal, through finalization of an order for each customer you speak with.
Attend all required product and service training to ensure you have an in-depth knowledge of features and benefits of T-Mobile products and services.
Education:
High School Diploma (Required)
Work Experience:
2 years Outbound Call Center or a related sales position (Required)
2 years Experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Organization Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate efficient organization skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a speed and accuracy.
