Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Provide Tier 2/3 network engineering support for end user and enterprise environments. * Deliver system level design, architecture, and enterprise security solution. * Configure, install and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. * Manage network boundaries, datacenter virtualization, CAN/LAN/MAN infrastructure, and packet capture software. * Administer routing/switching protocols, TCP/IP protocol stack, stateful firewalls and L3/L4 access controls. * Must have skills to install, configure, and support the following: * Cisco IOS, CatOS, NxOS, filter and access control, Ciscoworks, TACACS+, ASA, FWSM, HP Openview, Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, F5/Cisco load balancers, Infiniband, Juniper, FiberChannel (FC) SAN, and VPN (IPSEC) * Support local-campus networks, workplace peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents to ensure availability, performance, and security. * Document technical processes, maintain system records and provide knowledge transfer. * Working knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite. * Able to support on-call requirements. * Virtualization products; VMWare and Solaris containers. * Work to be performed in Ft.
