The Product Analyst will analyze client segments to identify areas of opportunity, determine technical requirements to accurately target groups of clients, and consult with internal and external partners to enable the organization with solutions that drive business results. The Analyst will take an end-to-end client view, ensuring public site experiences align with overall business strategy, and deliver a consistent client experience across all touchpoints through testing, optimization, and personalization. This resource will also provide technical support for determining appropriate metrics, milestones, and other performance indicators.
