Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Support:
Provide high-quality, anticipatory support to senior leaders, helping them stay organized, prepared, and focused.

Monitor and manage executive inboxes, draft and refine communications, and follow up proactively on action items.
Prepare leaders for meetings by organizing materials, gathering documents, prepping logistics, and ensuring seamless execution.
Serve as a trusted partner for executives by offering sound judgment, clear communication, and professional discretion.
Client Experience & Office Presence:
Create a warm, professional, and client-focused environment greeting and hosting visitors, clients, and partners with hospitality.
Serve as the face of the office and ambassador of our brand, ensuring all interactions reflect professionalism and service excellence.
Anticipate client and guest needs, elevate their experience, and provide white-glove support during meetings and events.
Event & Meeting Support:
Lead the coordination and execution of internal and external events from team gatherings to client visits and leadership meetings.
Own logistics end-to-end, including space planning, materials, catering, technology coordination, and on-site support.
Bring creativity, polish, and attention to detail to ensure memorable, high-quality event experiences.
Travel & Logistics:
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel for executives, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare expense reports and ensure timely, accurate reimbursement submissions.
Records, Operations & Office Management:
Maintain organized records, documents, and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Oversee office operations, supplies, vendor management, and various administrative workflows.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the office.
Organization & Problem Solving:
Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
Navigate shifting demands gracefully and maintain strong follow-through.
Bring solutions, not problems anticipating issues and resolving them proactively.
Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
3+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
Experience managing all aspects of client visits from beginning to end, ensuring they are successful with memorable interactions and indelible impressions
Experience with providing polished executive support to multiple Senior Leaders; budget, expense, and calendar management; and team engagement, including planning, coordinating and implementing team activities and events

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $140,000 year at the commencement of employment. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $130,000 and $183,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Duration

Role Summary
The Head of Intermediary Alternatives is a critical hire, focused on strategically aligning the alternative investment capabilities of OHA and T. Rowe Price and the intermediary franchise of T. Rowe Price with the goal of growing assets under management.

Work with leadership teams in distribution and marketing to assess new partnership opportunities and ensure maximum leverage in our distribution efforts, designed to drive assets and flows into all Alts products offered by TRP & OHA.
Work with Wealth Management Executive leadership team to ensure close partnership between existing TRP Wealth Management Field sales team(s) and the Alternatives Field Sales teams, to ensure effectiveness when targeting advisors.
Ensure distribution of TRP Alternative Investments by helping to get Alts products placed on intermediary client platforms
Lead efforts with various T.
