Matthew Cummings is President and CEO of T.Y. Lin International Group and the Global Infrastructure organization of the Dar Group. T.Y. Lin is a recognized leader in the design of landmark structures and infrastructure facilities working with its affiliate companies across the globe. T.Y. Lin together with it’s affiliates comprise more than 5000 professionals serving the transportation, buildings and environment markets worldwide.Mr. Cummings is a proven executive leader with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in the engineering field. Matt has held senior executive positions and previously led a $2 Billion transportation infrastructure business at a global E&C firm. In addition to professional roles, Matt serves in industry leadership positions as the 2017-18 Chairman of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association(ARTBA), Past President of ACEC/PA and the Board of the March of Dimes.

Bill Harnagel is a Chief Financial Officer at T.Y. Lin International and Sr. VP - Finance and Accounting, Power Group at URS CORPORATION and is based in Princeton, New Jersey. He has worked as Director of FInance/ Investor Relations at Washington Group International (now part of URS Corporation); Vice President, Corporate Controller at URS CORPORATION; and VP Finance and Accounting at URS CORPORATION. Bill attended University of Arizona between 1988 and 1993.

Sheila Jordan is a Chief Marketing Officer at T.Y. Lin International and is based in San Francisco, California. She has worked as Consultant: Business Development, Marketing and Organizational Development. at Verus AEC; VP, Business Development at Duracite; and Director, Marketing & BD, North America at Ausenco. Sheila attended The University Of Western Australia (UWA) until 2000 and Brandman University between 2017 and 2019.

Ian MacLeod is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Ty Lin and Dar Group Infrastructure and Chief Human Resources Officer at T.Y. Lin International and is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has worked as Corporate Vice President, Human Resources at Earth Tech; Business Services Manager at Proctor & Redfern Limited; and Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Americas Design & Consulting Services Division at AECOM. Ian attended Mount Allison University and Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

John Young is a Chief Information Officer at T.Y. Lin International and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Sr. Director, Information Technology at Fisher Development Inc; Principal at RealityVoid; and Global Business Line IT Director at AECOM.

Tom Price is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of T.Y. Lin International Group and the Global Infrastructure organization of the Dar Group. T.Y. Lin is a recognized leader in the design of landmark structures and infrastructure facilities working with its affiliate companies across the globe. T.Y. Lin together with it’s affiliates comprise more than 5000 professionals serving the transportation, buildings and environment markets worldwide.Prior to T.Y. Lin Tom spent almost 30 years with CH2M HILL/Jacobs, most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Growth, Strategy, & Solutions for Jacobs' Buildings, Infrastructure, and Advanced Facilities line of business, responsible for Strategy & Growth, Innovation, Project Delivery Excellence, Solutions & Technology, and our Program Management, Design-Build, and Operations and Maintenance delivery platforms. Tom also proudly served as Executive Sponsor to ENLACE, Jacobs’ Latino employee network.Prior to joining Jacobs Tom was the Regional Director for CH2M’s State and Local Governments Client Sector (S&LG) in the US West and subsequently served in the Integration Management Office (IMO) as Team Lead to plan for the integration of Jacobs and CH2M. Previously; Tom served CH2M in various leadership roles, including the Americas Operations Manager for CH2M’s Water Business Group. Upon graduating from University of California at Davis, Tom joined CH2M in 1991 as a Corrosion Control Technologist in the firm’s Sacramento Office (SAC). Soon after starting in SAC Tom went on a 4-year assignment to San Francisco to support construction of the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant, the only wastewater treatment plant in the world with a zoo on its roof! Tom continues to be a thought leader in corrosion control and advisor for some of CH2M’s most noteworthy corrosion control projects worldwide.Tom has worked on many significant infrastructure projects in his career while also serving as Group Leader, Project Delivery Leader, Geographic Manager, Regional Director, Client Account Manager and Global Technology Leader. Tom was also one of the original advisors for CH2M’s Junior- and Mid-Level Professionals (JuMP) Network from 2007 to 2016 and has been a tireless supporter of the group, understanding the importance of developing the leaders of tomorrow.
