The primary responsibilities of the Product Support team members revolve around serving as the main providers of solutions for customers' issues/questions. This includes initial case triage; assessing and confirming priority of cases, resolving cases that can be handled, and escalating cases that require attention by another team. Their responsibilities also include collecting, documenting, and analyzing detailed information from T2 customers regarding issues/questions on T2's solutions; then determining the appropriate resolution to customers' respective needs. As part of providing service to our customers, Product Support professionals are also responsible for delivery on various projects; including those related to A) customer communications, B) customer training, C) creation and editing of documented content for staff and customers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and high-quality support to our customers for all our products;
Manage resolution of technical issues for all T2 customers, and record all communication and activity in providing the resolution for the customer on a timely basis;
Provide excellent customer management through clear communication, responsive follow through, and advocacy for customer issues within internal departments;
Prioritize numerous issues of varying severity, and effectively manage the resolution of all issues quickly. This includes taking ownership of the data entered into the help desk system updating both customers and appropriate internal employees of the status of all issues on a timely basis;
Collaborate extensively with internal team members to resolve client issues;
Provide rotational technical support coverage to T2 customers during the working week and on Canadian/US holidays as necessary, as well as participating in an on call evening and weekend rotation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a client facing call center, help desk or technical support environment or equivalent customer service experience;
Intermediate knowledge of various operating systems, software products (e.g. Microsoft Office);
Experience and/or knowledge of the parking industry are a plus.

Functions

n Manages multiple system installations and projects simultaneously.
n Assists with analyzing external information systems in terms of database structure and data import/export capability in order to provide data conversion program specifications and external system interface plans.
n Assists and participates in annual and/or regional user group conferences and trade shows by conducting breakout sessions, assisting other presenters as in-class moderator, and meeting with customers to provide technical guidance.

Position Summary
The Project Manager for our South Bend, Indiana Building Group will manage the project team. Projects may vary between private and public owners, as well as a variety of delivery methods such as lump sum, negotiated and design build work. This position is a managerial position responsible for managing projects and leading a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of the construction contract(s) and/or work orders
Supervisory responsibility for project team assigned to contract(s) and/or work orders.
Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) in the office, as necessary.

Functions
The Sales Engineer (SE), working closely with the PARCS Sales team, is responsible for the software (FLEX) aspect of a proposed solution from the prospect stage to the project acceptance stage. The SE contributes to the achievement of T2's strategic goals by working closely with the sales team and project management teams, imparting the technical knowledge gained in the sales process through to the project manager and project implementation team.
This position works with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance, information, tools, and assistance toward the successful completion of projects. It requires an in-depth knowledge of T2 products, services, and solutions, as well as the ability to understand the operation of Parking Access and Revenue Controlled facilities.
The position requires the skills and expertise needed to formulate and document a fully integrated solution based upon the client requirements. This encompasses the ability to analyze complex client environments including, infrastructure, hardware and software factors, and crafting a solution that is the best fit for the client.
The successful candidate should have in-depth parking industry knowledge combined with solid technical understanding of the hardware and software typically used in the current parking business environment.
The ability to (a) develop and write a clear and concise document that unambiguously describes the solution to all stakeholders and (b) articulate T2's PARCS and related software solutions verbally to the customer is essential.
Essential Position Functions
Contributes to the sales process by providing project analysis, operational application, and technical reviews of all potential PARCS projects. Assists in customer presentations, conferences, attends RFP/Bid meetings.
Prepares detailed ‘gap' analyses to ensure that customer expectations are being positioned properly by the sales team, desired outcomes are identified, and the T2 PARCS process is followed.
Assumes overall technical responsibility for the development of the proposed application solution design.
Essential Position Functions
Develops scoping documentation, inclusive of agreed-upon functionality and solution requirements, to facilitate proper installation including, but not limited to, pre-install configuration, acceptance testing, and final solution delivery.
Displays leadership and collaboration across various stakeholders, both internal and external to T2, by providing technical and subject matter expertise and assisting with product implementation.
Assists in the development and editing of documentation for installation and support of T2 PARCS software and hardware. Periodically reviews and contributes to self-service documentation and other knowledge-oriented sources.
Works directly with Product Management to assure user requirements and development commitments are met.
Sales Engineer works with Product Management to understand and communicate latest solution software roadmaps, and incorporates roadmap information into solution assessment and project development.
