Founder & Chief Executive Officer @ T3 Companies, which includes T3 Trading Group, LLC, T3 Live, LLC, T3 Technologies, LLC and T3 Professional, LLC (which are separate but affiliated entities). Sean oversees all operations and directs the vision of the companies. He also founded Public.com and is a board member and the CEO of the brokerage division.

T3 Companies strive to be a complete destination for traders who are looking to maximize their performance in today’s financial markets. The company aims to help traders become more profitable by providing elite training, premier technology and a highly professional, value-added environment. T3 is composed of a team of seasoned professional traders with experience in all different market cycles. Currently, T3 Trading Group is home to more than 500 proprietary and retail traders.

Mr. Hendelman has been in the equity trading industry for 20 years. His career began in 1997 at Greenwich Capital Markets where he became a Vice President of Trading Information Technology before moving on to satisfy his passion for entrepreneurship. In 1999, Sean became a partner and equity trader for a proprietary trading firm before opening his own statistical arbitrage hedge fund. Shortly after, he founded T3 Technologies, LLC, where he and his team of programmers created automated trading strategies and High Frequency Trading (HFT) algorithms.

In 2006, Sean became the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of T3 Live and T3 Companies. In 2010, Sean and his partners launched a CBSX Broker Dealer, the T3 Trading Group, LLC more recently a FNRA broker dealer. Through the companies automated trading systems, Sean is constantly searching for new and inventive trading strategies in this dynamic global marketplace.

Sean holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Michigan and studied at the London School of Economics.

Garret C Marquis has been involved in the Financial Markets for 20 years. He earned a Business Administration Degree from the Villanova University and currently holds the Series 4, 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses. Garret began his career in finance as a successful Proprietary Trader in 1999 and has utilized that experience to help him advance his position throughout the years to Branch Office Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director/National Administrator, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Garret and his Compliance and Operational teams oversee all compliance, supervisory and financial aspects of the T3 Brand Companies and their involvement in Trading, Training and Technology. The current asset classes that the various companies are involved in are equities, options and futures.

In Garret’s previous role as a Managing Director/National Administrator for Assent LLC, A FINRA Broker Dealer, he ran the Supervisory Department which included over 800 Registered Representatives and a total of over 2000 traders in 25 Offices of Supervisory Jurisdiction.

Garret is a Member of the Finra Series 57 Examination Review Committee & Continuing Education Committee

Garret is also a Member of the National Society of Sons of the American Revolution. He is happily married with two children whom all reside in Mountain Lakes, NJ.

Glen Stifelman is a Chief Compliance Officer at T3 Trading Group LLC, President at Grs. He has worked as VP - Head of Operations and Trading at Instinet.com; Chief Compliance Officer (CROP, AML Principal, Supervisory Controls Principal) at EVOLUTION FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES LLC; and Vice President - Compliance at BANK OF AMERICA CORP /DE/. Glen studied at SUNY Oneonta between 1980 and 1984.

Scott Redler works at BROADWAY TRADING COMPANY LIMITED and a Chief Strategic Officer at T3 Live, Partner at T3 Live, and Chief Strategic Officer at T3 Trading Group LLC. He has worked as Manager at SPERLING ENTERPRISES PTY LTD.
