Ajit is a CEO, co-Chairs the Investment Committee and is on the Executive Committee. He heads TA’s European efforts out of London and is also actively engaged in investments in India. He joined TA in 1999 and has more than 22 years of experience in the private equity industry. Ajit’s primary focus is in the technology industry. He has also sponsored investments across the asset management, insurance brokerage, medical device and healthcare services and consumer/e-commerce sectors.

Gregory Wallace is a CFO - Funds at TA Associates and is based in Greater Boston. He has worked as Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC). Gregory studied at Wake Forest University between 1998 and 2003.

Jeff focuses on strategic initiatives and the general oversight of TA’s global non-investment operations.

Jeff's oversight includes human resources, compliance, information technology, marketing and administration. He also serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for legal affairs.

Kelly is responsible for all aspects of TA’s global compliance program, including its design and implementation.

Kevin is responsible for supporting value creation across the TA portfolio and serves on the firm's Portfolio Committee. Prior to joining TA, he was a partner at Deloitte & Touche, where he was the managing partner of the New England M&A services group, a senior member of the US M&A leadership team and co-led Deloitte’s M&A private equity practice.
