Important Details:
The Class starts --> April 6, 2026
Classes are held Monday - Friday 6:00pm until 10:00pm for 8 weeks.
All candidates must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
Upon successful completion of the class, you will be offered a Dealer role for Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati.
During the class you will apply for a gaming license. Hard Rock Cincinnati covers the cost of the license.
Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted on-site if an offer is extended.
If offer is extended and accepted
Eligible team member will be required to learn all carnival games within their first 90 days as a condition of employment.
Eligible team member will be required to learn Baccarat within 1 year as a condition of employment.

* Train to exchange cash for the proper denominations of chips.

* Train to complete any required forms, records, and documents.
The average dealer pay is $25.07, combining hourly wages and tip rates from 2023 and 2024.
Qualifications
* Train to deal assigned games in an accurate manner.
