Must be able to deal two primary games with a high level of proficiency and must possess excellent customer service and talent relation skills.

TableGames Academy:
The tablegames dealer school is designed to provide qualified applicants with the skills necessary to embark on a career in the gaming industry and, upon graduation, the opportunity to interview for a TableGames Dealer position at JACK Cleveland Casino. Completion of the course does not guarantee employment. Gaining entry into the program does not guarantee a position with JACK Cleveland Casino.
The 6 week JACK Academy will be held in the JACK TableGames Training Center which is located in the JACK Cleveland Casino. The Dealer Academy will offer classes running Tuesday thru Saturday. All classes are free of charge and taught by experienced, licensed and dedicated instructors who will professionally prepare students to enter the fast-paced casino industry. Enrollees who successfully complete the course will be provided the opportunity to audition for positions at JACK Cleveland Casino.
All Classes are held in the TableGames Training Center, located inside JACK Cleveland Casino. The class will run from 2:00PM - 10:00PM Tuesday thru Saturday.
Role Responsibilities Of The TableGames Academy:
Participants must be 21 years of age.
Parking is free to all candidates who participate in the class.
Interviews and basic math tests will be administered prior to dealer school registration.
The class will run from 2:00PM - 10:00PM Tuesday thru Saturday.
If offered a position, acceptance of conditional considerations will apply.
