Key Responsibilities:

• Critical resource supporting the Safe Deposit Box, Operational team by developing a robust understanding of the development needed to support the data environment and operational processes

• Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements

• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards

• Developer within the team supporting Business Intelligence reporting (e.g., Tableau) supporting Safe Deposit Box

• Convert legacy reports to Tableau or other BI solutions

• Lead the migration of tools and applications to modern technology solutions (e.g. Alteryx, Phyton)

• Accountable for delivering timely and accurate information

• Communicate with key stakeholders, understand their demand, manage SLAs and avoid surprises

• Develop robust documentation and adhere to the existing controls in place

• Transition developed reports and dashboards to the business report owners and subject matter experts

• Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiencies in how we operate

The Challenge:

What You'll Tackle:

  • Develop relevant, efficient dashboards and visualizations using Tableau utilizing features like interactive filters, parameters, and calculations.
  • Elicit business requirements, develop functional specifications, build prototypes, develop visualizations, conduct quality testing and user acceptance testing, own the roll-out and post-launch enhancements implementation.
  • Build and edit SQL queries for Tableau data source creation.
  • Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2 years+ of experience designing and developing complex dashboards using Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability in UI, UX space (can be concurrent or overlap with Tableau experience) of using a combination of user interface tools such as wire frames, prototypes, mock-ups, or white boarding to illustrate product usability.
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries to build Tableau data sources.
  • Experience working directly with business partners to capture and validate functional requirements and provide design specifications.
