Position Overview

Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in the state of Illinois
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) preferred
Experience working with outpatient mental health populations
Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Orders food and supplies based upon product specification as established by company ordering protocols and procedures.
Secures designated areas of potential theft, dangerous chemicals, supplies and equipment to safeguard associates. Follows all security procedures regarding storeroom organization.
Transports food and supplies in appropriate containers or vehicles as indicated to ensure food or supplies arrive safely and intact.
Follows HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
Reports needed maintenance or repairs of equipment used to proper resources.

Be responsible for supporting users of all clinical information systems during the implementation of projects and on an on-going basis in the production environments. Coordinates aspects of planning, design, development, build, implementation, communication, maintain and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to clinical and non-clinical information systems. This position also assists with research and development of training programs, needs assessment, and consultation for the purpose of providing effective EHR system adaptation and optimization to staff at all levels of the organization. This position requires attending vendor training, achieving and maintaining Epic ASAP & ClinDoc certification on designated EHR modules. Employee is responsible for participating in all the phases of project management and providing direct user training as assigned. This position is accountable for development and delivery of any/all of the following:
System build, testing, analyses and implementation of EHR application(s)
Employee and physician EHR system training (any modules, any sites);
Training programs covering EHR system version upgrades and process changes
Training initiatives for EHR system optimization;
1. Participate in the planning, development, implementation, training, maintenance, EHR clinical systems.
2. Provides employee and physician education, training, and hands-on and day-to-day support.
3. Assists with the development of training programs for all clinical/EHR system implementation.
4. Assists with the development, publication, and dissemination of training offerings for employees and physicians.
5. Assists in the development and production of training materials and participates in end user training.
6. Troubleshoot problems and questions and work with 3rd party systems when necessary.
7. Identify issues that arise in their application area as well as issues that impact other application teams.
8. Guide workflow design, build and test the system, and analyze other technical issues associated w/EHR software.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience

Teen Challenge Southeast is hiring part-time remote educators who will bring support to the students' education and help them achieve success in their education. Teen Challenge Southeast offers twenty-one locations in six states for adults and teenagers.
