I like working with others and working as a team.
I don’t enjoy dealing with angry customers but I handle them well.

I made great relationships with my coworkers and we created special bonds
This answer would also be my coworkers, along with management.

What there not to like
Retirement pay is great Meet new people
The work crew and how easy it is to learn and make my way to the top.
One of the managers is just too much. Busy days get stressful.

The favoritism and the pay
Me being a manager
Interacting with customers.
Terrible management, fluctuating of hours/shifts, high employee turnover.
I liked that I was able to grow from a crew member, to a shift lead in under a year of working.
I didn’t like the quality of higher management and the stores condition. A lot of things were left unheard from the higher management.
I don’t have anything in mind.
It was convenient to get to work as it was in close proximity to my home. My managers were very kind and we had a lot of fun while getting our job done.
Sometimes customers could be very rude about their food when they did not realize they had asked for something different than they intended.
I got discounted food and free drinks on my shift.
The people
The supervisors and/or managers expect you to know everything already
The five dollar lunch they paid for
Ringing the bell because I know I did a good job that day
The management style was confusing she wouldn't follow her own rules
Free tacos
The people (the average worker and manager)
The upper managers (the gm and assistant manager)
Free food
Poor management and unequal and unfair employee treatment.
Could kind of make my own schedule

being a good team member
The challenging environment
Rude management, their evasion of overtime makes it difficult for home and life emergencies when understaffed
Becoming friends with some amazing co workers
Easy work, clean job. loved it.
The manager at the location I worked at hired her family member and gave them many more hours than any one else on the team and it seemed unfair that I worked hard and others where given raises, while they didn't even work, they laid back in the office.
free food
It was fun , I like the people there , and the boss in White City.
