Position Summary
As a Customer Service Assistant, you are an integral part of how smoothly TCC's Campus Safety operates. You're most important responsible is receiving and prioritizing emergency and non-emergency requests and for dispatching Campus Safety Officers. A Customer Service Assistant is a valuable resource for members of our campus community who come into contact with you while issuing college identification cards, parking permits, answering questions and phone inquiries. This position also assists with routine office functions including but not limited to filing, spreadsheet maintenance, and data entry. A successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly, have strong customer service skills, be knowledgeable of office procedures, and be able to connect with our diverse campus community. This position reports to the Emergency Management Specialist.
Essential Functions
* Obtain necessary information via telephone, radio and/or written materials to determine an incident location utilizing maps and any available tools and relay that information to responding personnel to maximize the accuracy and speed of dispatch.
* Provide information via communications systems to coordinate the activities of campus safety officers and other emergency responders.
* Work under stress with accuracy in a calm and efficient manner, accurately recording pertinent information into dispatch software.
* Maintain contact with customer and Officers to assure safety and efficiency; inform officers of the status of the situation and receive and maintain officer's status and location at appropriate times; respond to calls and radio transmissions appropriately.
* Meet, greet and put the public, faculty, staff and students at ease by answering questions, in person or over the telephone regarding the department services and/or parking rules and regulations.
* Provide photo identification cards for students, faculty and staff upon request.
* Issue student, employee and guest parking permits.
* Update & maintain extensive parking and citation database.
* Process restrictions on student records when necessary due to parking infractions.
* Perform word processing, spreadsheet and other clerical support functions.
* Assist in organizing and coordinating aspects of the department's customer service counter.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary
This is a part-time hourly position to assist classroom teachers with breaks and planning time in order to meet Early Achievers', NAC, ECEAP, EHS, and DCYF standards.
Essential Functions
* Complies with DSHS requirement (WAC).
* Implements Developmentally Appropriate Practices to address infant, toddler, and preschooler's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

This position performs routine custodial duties, project work, setups, moves, responds to urgent requests, and minor maintenance and repairs. Custodians are required to complete daily assigned work areas. Floor surfaces are carpet, tile, concrete, terrazzo, wood, and concrete.
This is a classified position reporting to the Custodial Supervisor.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms. Clean a variety of surfaces that include floors, baseboards, chalkboards, white boards, erasers, vents, ledges, walls, furniture, and windows inside and out, etc. Remove trash and clean trash containers up to 55 gallons in size. Sweep outside entrances and sidewalks. Replace lights and clean fixtures and diffusers, some outside the buildings. Set up, take down, and move furniture and equipment for meetings, classes, conferences, and events. Move furniture, equipment, and heavy objects weighing 50 pounds. More than 50 pounds with assistance or use of appliance dollies to clean, relocate, or set up offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, as well as perform processes necessary to complete required tasks. Perform minor repairs. Clean carpets and refinish floors using appropriate methods and procedures.
* Custodians are responsible for cleaning a variety of the spaces, which include classrooms, restrooms, offices, lounges, board rooms, kitchens, cafeterias, restaurants, auditoriums, lecture halls, banquet rooms, outside entrances to buildings, hallways and foyers, gymnasiums, locker rooms, weight rooms, science labs, computer labs, libraries, reading rooms, work rooms, communications center, art galleries, staircases, child care areas, and other public areas.
* All custodial positions are routinely required to provide furniture moving services to the college, using appliance dollies, desk movers, and considerable physical effort to transport and maneuver items being moved. Items moved include 4-drawer file cabinets, desks, partitions, chairs, tables, and miscellaneous other furniture. This essential function is assigned on an as needed basis, but tasks could be required on a daily basis when numerous departments are relocating with deadlines.

Exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals, dust and other environmental conditions is expected in custodial work. This includes the ability to speak clearly and fully comprehend written and spoken English and will include communication with people for whom English is a second language.
WORK SCHEDULE:

COMPENSATION:
Salary range 34. Beginning salary is $45,732 annually, with progressive increases to $46,596, plus a full state benefits package, which includes tuition waivers for college classes, medical, dental, retirement options and more. Vacation and leave package includes 12 sick days per year, 11 scheduled holidays, 1 personal holiday, 3 personal leave days, and 14 vacation days per year (incremental increases to 24 vacation days per year).

Position Summary
The Facilities Administrative Systems Coordinator (Construction Project Coordinator 1)will manage and coordinate the systems and workflows used for the administrative side of facilities management (such as work orders, scheduling, asset management, maintenance records, etc.). * RS2 - Access control system for managing electronic key cards and security access.
* FPMT - Facilities Portfolio Management Tool.
* Reliable Controls - Building Management System (BMS) for managing HVAC and other building automation functions.
* Energy Star Portfolio Manager - Tool for tracking and reporting energy usage and performance.
* Oversee and maintain the college's key inventory and distribution processes.
* Produce and distribute reports from Megamation and other systems as needed.
* Administer and utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems / Megamation for work orders, asset tracking, preventative maintenance, and reporting.
* Manage and operate college facilities systems, including key card access system and building management systems for equipment and building control.
* Serve as essential personnel during emergency situations and campus incidents.

Background
Tacoma Anchor Network
TAN is a network of anchor-based institutions in Tacoma, Wash., which leverages institutional assets to address economic, social and racial inequities. The group comprises 30 organizations with more than 100 participants who work to keep resources circulating locally and ensure people who live here can find jobs and all people who work here can afford to live here. TAN's mission is to:
* Increase contract and procurement spending with local businesses, with an emphasis on minority- and women-owned businesses;
* Increase the number of living wage jobs available to Tacoma residents in key industries, and increase access to those jobs by removing systemic barriers;
* Increase the amount of place-based investment that focuses on social and economic disparities in Tacoma; and
* Advance policy at a local, regional, and state level that enables anchor institutions to more effectively use their economic resources to meet needs identified by residents.
The group meets bimonthly, including at least two in-person meetings each year.
Tacoma Community Safety Collaborative
TCSC is a community partnership that seeks to reduce crime in our community. By using data to inform our decisions, the Collaborative looks at external factors and patterns (not people) to develop community-driven solutions for crime reduction. The TCSC is comprised of community-based organizations, government agencies, higher education and K-12 institutions and more. This is a newly formed Collaborative that is gaining momentum in our community.

Position Description
TCC is seeking an energetic, highly organized individual for a 12-month temporary appointment (January 2026-December 2026), with the possibility of an extension. This is a full-time, exempt position that will report to the TCC Vice President of College Relations. This position serves as the point of contact for both initiatives, coordinating communications, meetings, events and outreach. Position Summary
The BEdA department includes a range of programs including Adult High School Completion options: High School Plus (HS+) & GED, Basic Skills, English Language Acquisition (ELA) and I-BEST (Integrated Basic Education and Skills Training). The role of the BEdA Navigators is to engage with and support current and prospective students by providing comprehensive services that encourage students to persist in reaching their educational goals. The effective candidates will be a vital part of the BEdA team and coordinate with other TCC department to ensure all students are welcomed into TCC programs. These positions have many functions in common (Essential Functions) while focusing on different student populations. Individual functions are listed separately. These positions report to the Associate Dean of Basic Education for Adults. These positions are primarily in-person with some hybrid options available.
Essential Functions
Advising Functions:
* Promote effective and inclusive onboarding of BEdA students by being a part of the intake and orientation team for BEdA.
* Collaborate with student services, staff, and faculty to place students into appropriate levels of study and monitor student progress and participation.
* Advise prospective participants regarding program-specific processes and potential academic and vocational options.
* Participate in program recruitment both internally and externally.
* Provide consistent, ongoing advising and support to students utilizing various modes of communication.
* Assist students with developing secondary and post-secondary educational plans.
* Work collaboratively to design and deliver group advising sessions and workshops including quarterly Educational Planning Day sessions.
* Utilize student engagement programs such as Civitas, Inspire, and early alerts to provide timely supports.
Navigating Functions:
* Promote student access, retention, and diversity by fostering a sense of community and belonging for BEdA participants and acting as a liaison to student support services.
* Initiate appropriate interventions for students who are experiencing academic or non-academic difficulties.
* Connect students with appropriate academic and funding resources when transitioning to college or career.
* Build relationships with students, college staff and community partners that foster self-efficacy to increase persistence and success for underrepresented populations.
* Evaluate incoming high school transcripts and placement scores for the HS+ program.
* Communicate individual student requirements to faculty and maintain and submit accurate records for state reporting.
* Coordinate class scheduling for students taking an ABE subject and a college-level subject.
* Demystify college processes including assessment scores, placement, basic financial aid processes and other funding options.
Programmatic Functions:
* Develop and maintain student records and reports as required by the college and other agencies, including tracking of I-BEST and career pathway program outcomes such as program completions, persistence data, GPA, employment and transition to further training/academic programs.
* Work with the associate dean and data consultant to prepare and report student records and program data via college and agency reporting systems.
* Participate in committees, taskforces, and events which build and promote the targeted initiatives and goals of the college.
* Keep current on changes to high school graduation requirements (credit and non-credit) and attend local and state HS+ trainings.
* Collaborate with other staff and faculty to develop student education plans.
* Perform related duties as assigned.

This position provides expert-level supervision, consultation, design, development, lifecycle management, maintenance, and problem-solving activities related to computing endpoints, classroom technology, and the help desk at Tacoma Community College. This position is the campus IT Accessibility coordinator and will develop and lead compliance, training, and verification processes. Position Summary
Tacoma Community College (TCC) serves the educational, workforce, and cultural needs of our diverse students and communities through the core themes of advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion; cultivating exceptional learning; strengthening community partnerships; and enhancing institutional vitality. We are seeking an Associate Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion - Community Development, to provide subject matter education, coaching, programming, evaluation and reporting - as it relates to TCC's equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) goals. As the winner of the regional Charles Kennedy Award for Equity, EDI are high priority initiatives for TCC. The Associate Director of EDI - Community Development is critical in helping to create organizational accountability and effectiveness, compliance, momentum, and advancement towards TCC's equitable and anti-racist goals.
This position, situated in the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI) will collaborate with, and report to the Vice President (VP) of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). OEDI includes the Vice President (VP) for EDI, the Director of Equity Leadership & Development, two Professional Development coordinators, and the OEDI Administrative Operations Coordinator. Together, OEDI leads the integration of EDI principles, values and practices across TCC towards the fulfillment and maintenance of the goals outlined in our strategic plan and mission, while helping to foster an equitable and inclusive culture of learning and effectiveness.
Essential Functions
Programming and Training
* Work closely with the VP of EDI to develop and deliver a comprehensive anti-racist, diversity, equity, and inclusion educational initiative for the campus community.
* Support, collaborate, engage, and manage TCC's Affinity Groups, providing structure and tools as needed to engage EDI learning in those group settings and to ensure alignment with the strategic vision of OEDI.
* Promote dialogue and facilitate interaction among groups on campus which generates dynamic learning across the campus and use evidence-based strategies to assist the College in developing efforts to create and sustain a culture that embraces and promotes diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in the broadest meanings.
* Collaborate with faculty and staff for culturally relevant programming and support for students.
* Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies, programs, and professional development that promote access, retention, and success for campus employees-particularly for groups that have been historically excluded or underserved in higher education.
* Assist VP of EDI in development and presentation of EDI updates for Board of Trustee meetings.
* Establish and maintain strong community presence and relationships; works collaboratively with established relationships to identify community assets and support community and organization needs.
* Develop a repository of materials (e.g., reference materials, assessments, visual aids, toolkits, etc.) that will serve as resource guide for our campus.
* Establish and build productive and healthy working relationships across the organization to mentor and coach colleagues in understanding and responding to EDI related topics and issues.
* Collaborate with all members of the OEDI Team, and affiliated groups on various projects and events for seamless alignment and delivery of services.
* Promote diversity and inclusion activities within the institution.
* Attend and engage with college committees.
* Support the VP for EDI in the organization and logistics of the councils and committees that the OEDI manages.
* Develop and maintain processes that foster organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement across departments.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Focus Areas:
The Associate Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion - Community Development will focus on the primary areas, with duties tailored to advance institutional EDI initiatives:
* Lead EDI programming and initiatives to foster a culture of belonging.
* Support Affinity Groups by providing resources and ensuring alignment with TCC's strategic vision.
* In collaboration with the VP of EDI support the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee (EDI-C) to promote an inclusive campus climate.

Duties of the position required experience:
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
* 3 years of experience leading or managing EDI initiatives, preferably in education or public sector environments.
* Demonstrated skill in designing and facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion-related training, learning experiences, or organizational change efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree from an accredited college or university
* Experience advancing equity in a community college environment
* Experience using data to inform strategy; designing, collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing findings for improvement or accountability.
* Proven ability to build and sustain programs or strategies that advance equity and inclusion for historically marginalized groups.
* Demonstrated experience building effective multi-year EDI strategies, including full lifecycle plans in at least one of the following areas of recruitment, retention, learning, or engagement.

Terms of Employment
This is a full-time professional exempt position contracted on an annual basis. About the Department
The BC Wellness Center works to enhance the campus climate and enrich the quality of life on campus by fostering growth within the seven dimensions of wellness through outdoor recreation and fitness opportunities for all students (Social, emotional, mental, physical, environmental, spiritual and occupational).
Essential Functions
* Provide excellent support services to students, staff and faculty users of Fitness Center Open Access Lab Hours.
* Verify approved access for students, staff and faculty upon entry.
* Provide basic exercise education, safety spotting and exercise resources provided by the Health and Physical Education (HPE) department.
* Maintain and monitor facility safety and cleanliness. Daily cleaning responsibilities as part of shift duties. Wiping down equipment, refreshing cleaning supplies, spotting, opening and closing duties, and daily organization of lab equipment.

About the Department
Bellevue College's Marketing and Communications team leads branding, marketing, communications, creative, and digital strategy. The department helps advance the college priorities through a variety of campaigns, stories, and newsletters, and serves as the central branding, marketing, and communications office. Based within Institutional Advancement, the department leads integrated efforts to advance the college's reputation, resources, and relationships. Institutional Advancement is the external-facing division of Bellevue College, which includes marketing, creative services, communications and public relations, web services, the KBCS radio station, and the Bellevue College Foundation.
Essential Functions
Manage and implement digital strategies to support the college's strategic enrollment priorities.
* Use technology stack (TargetX, YouVisit, Naviance, etc.) to increase inquiries, applications, and enrollment of new students to support enrollment goals. Develop conditional content for personalized communications based on user behaviors such as completed relevant actions, past email engagement, and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
* Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications, map prospective student customer journeys from different sources, i.e. recruitment fairs, digital ads, organic search, Bellevue College website inquiries.
* Collaborate with Information Technology manager, creative services manager, and academic department program managers to execute effective digital marketing. Launch program-specific and timely digital advertising campaigns.
* Conduct audit of digital marketing strategies and materials of academic programs. Assess marketing readiness and make recommendations to improve existing content.
Manage and execute quarterly marketing campaigns
* Manage and execute branded, quarterly advertising campaigns using Google Analytics, Ads, and WordPress with preferred vendors in support of Bellevue College strategic goals.
* Manage digital advertising efforts, including google display network, search, paid social, search optimization, and other channel tactics in conjunction with advertising agency of record.
* Provide campaign budget recommendations for Director approval based on analytics, keyword forecasts and desired reach.
Analyzing and reporting
* Maintain, monitor, analyze and report on data/analytics across BC's digital marketing channels, measuring effectiveness of past actions and using data to make recommendations and optimize campaigns to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
* Add conversion tracking goals to further refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
Implement and manage email communications and marketing to prospective students
* Develop innovative email campaign strategies and compelling content with the goal of nurturing prospective student leads to apply to the college.
* Develop and implement strategies to minimize list decay and unsubscribes and increase the productivity of email sends.
* Refine best practices documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and communications that succeed through email.
Manage and implement digital efforts to other key audience segments
* Develop and execute email campaigns to other key audience segments to support college and division priorities.
* Set acquisition, behavior, and outcomes goals that align with Institutional Advancement division goals.
* Support web content strategy for Marketing and Communication websites by managing monthly updates consistently and proactively, ensuring content remains accurate and up to date. Assist with overall content and navigation while regularly reviewing the web and related platforms to ensure all information is relevant, current, and aligned with Advancement goals.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field. Any combination of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
* Two (2) years of related professional experience in digital marketing, email marketing and/or marketing automation.
* Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* One (1) year of experience implementing integrated marketing programs across channels, including digital and print.
* One (1) year of experience with Google Analytics, Ads, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision making.
* Experience with using a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to develop and manage workflows from reports and contact data.
* Experience working with diverse colleagues and students in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills.
* Advanced computer skills, including:
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* One (1) year of experience using photo editing and publishing software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
* One (1) year of experience using WordPress or similar web content management system.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience using HMTL
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Section 508, WCAG 2.0, and ADA requirements for accessible content
* Experience working in higher education marketing, government agency communications or similar complex environment
* Experience with search engine optimization
* Experience working with digital project management tools such as SmartSheet.

Position Highlights
This recruitment is for an hourly position responsible for assisting students in EMS programs with the performance of laboratory skill stations and demonstration of skill competency as required by the Washington Department of Health, accreditation, and the National Registry of EMT's. Reports to EMS Program Director.
Essential Functions
* Set up and breakdown lab skill stations.
* Assist with keeping track of and maintaining lab equipment.
* Assist program faculty with student skill competency demonstration, assists faculty during instruction, and assists faculty with evaluation of student skill performance.
* Performs reality-based scenarios for EMS students through simulation and patient care scenarios similar to what students will encounter in their careers as EMS providers.
* Provide critical, real-time feedback to students and EMS Program Evaluators regarding their State/national-mandated skills performance.
* May tutor or mentor students to develop competencies and enhance skill performance.
* Assist students as they develop in competencies in WA DOH health and accreditation-required skills.
* Perform other related tasks as assigned by program faculty
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* WA State or NREMT certification in EMS*
* High school graduation or equivalent
* Successfully complete a criminal background check
* Note - EMT-certified applicants can only work in the EMT program unless specifically authorized to work in the paramedic program by the Program Director. Paramedic-certified applicants may work in both the EMT and paramedic program

Terms of Employment
This is part-time hourly position is bound by the WAC 357-04-045provisions above and is scheduled to work varied hours as needed. The work hours will vary to meet the needs of the department. The pay rate is $25.45- 25.45 per hour. TCC Part-time hourly and student employees including work study students, will accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked.
