We are looking for a motivated, organized, team-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Support Supervisor. The Field Support Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight to field support and operations teams to ensure subcontractor performance, timely pre-inspections, and efficient scheduling of asphalt and concrete restoration.
Our Field Support Supervisor will be expected to:
Provide direction and oversight to the Field Support Supervisor, Field Support Foreman, pre-inspection and operations teams, to ensure subcontractor performance and accountability, timely completion and site readiness of pre-inspections, and compliance with internal processes.
Assist in coordinating detailed daily schedules for service and commercial divisions ensuring optimal assignment of crews based on skills, job scope, and availability.
Understand project scopes and strategically allocates crews to balance workload accounting for project complexity, location, duration, and work type.
Adjust schedule as needed to meet changing priorities, weather, delays, or customer needs.
Foster customer relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and timely project updates.
Communicates with customers to confirm schedules, answer project questions, and ensure a positive customer experience by anticipating needs and minimizing disruptions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of service.
Work closely with leadership, Superintendents, Project Managers, and Foremen to relay project requirements within and outside the normal scope of work to ensure smooth daily operations.
Use internal software platforms to maintain real-time schedules, crew assignment, job status, and project documentation.
Lead efforts to optimize existing processes and creates new processes to support field crew operations.

The ideal experienced Field Support Supervisor will have the following:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management or related degree; or 3+ year's related experience in operations or field management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidential information.
Working knowledge of construction processes, job scopes, and material requirements.
Solid understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to identify and resolve issues in an effective and timely matter.
Ability to consistently perform required tasks within designated time frames.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities.
Desire and ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities Include:
Sets up traffic zones according to regulations or traffic control plan (TCP) using jobsite signs, cones, etc. and determines basic traffic control needs under supervision of TCS or Foreman.
Uses hand signals and direction signs to direct traffic around road construction site.
Communicates with other flaggers using hand-held radios.
Informs construction crew of any traffic issues that may affect their safety.
Cleans up jobsite including sweeping, putting away tools and organizing tools on flatbed.
Breaks down job and collects materials when jobs have been completed. Maintains accurate inventory of signs and equipment.
Performs general laborer duties as necessary.
Follows all safety rules and regulations and practice preventive safety measures; wears required PPE.

Ability to receive and communicate specific instructions clearly, firmly and courteously; ability to move and maneuver quickly in order to avoid danger from an errant vehicle.
Ability to control signaling devices (such as paddles and flags) in order to provide clear and positive guidance to drivers approaching a temporary traffic control (TTC) zone in frequently changing situations.
Ability to understand and apply safe traffic control practices, sometimes in stressful or emergency situations.
Ability to recognize dangerous traffic situations and warn workers in sufficient time to avoid injury.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Determines traffic routing plan particular to job-site that is in compliance with regulations and can be used effectively during working hours.
Coordinates flagging duties of flaggers on jobsite.
Must be able to perform all aspects of the job and train others in all aspects as well.
Sets up jobsite signs, cones, etc. and breaks down at end of job. Cleans up jobsite including sweeping, putting away tools and organizing tools on flatbed.
Directs traffic by using sign paddle appropriately.
Solves problems as they arise and calls Superintendent for assistance if unable to resolve a problem. Discusses problems arising with the crew with the Superintendent of that crew.
Performs laborer duties as needed.
Ensures compliance with safety regulations and policies in all operations. Reports to Safety Manager any safety concerns, accidents or safety violations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises activities of flaggers. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; training employees; appraising performance; giving positive feedback and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS

Job Summary & Responsibilities

This position is responsible for installing, maintaining and evaluating IT systems to include networking, communications, server, desktop, and OT manufacturing systems. Troubleshoots complex network, server, and desktop issues involving various factors and conducts network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. ***Up to 30% travel required***
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May include some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains personal knowledge of vendor technologies and associated software.
Design and deploy new platforms and enhancements to existing network, server, and desktop equipment including routers, switches, access points, controllers, and physical and virtual servers.
Configures, monitors, and troubleshoots enterprise (IT) and manufacturing (OT) network equipment.
Resolves complex issues involving a wide range of technologies.
Works with carriers and configures/troubleshoots Internet, Broadband, MPLS, SD-WAN and other WAN circuit types and equipment.
Conduct research on network products, services, protocols and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.
Review technical requirements, establish project milestones and tasks, and determine level of effort estimates for their completion.
Performs system administration functions necessary to support continuous day-to-day system operations.
Understand and abide by Incident, Problem and Change Management processes and procedures.
Performs expansion, relocation and consolidation of IT and OT systems for designated corporate locations.
Develops and maintains IT and OT system documentation.
Maintains involvement with other aspects of IT systems infrastructure by participating in Agile/Scrum process for the IT Operations systems team.
Assists with root cause analysis for outages and delivering SOPs.
Provides on call support required to bring IT and OT systems to operational states.
Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and four (4) to seven (7) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands on, demonstrable experience in one or more of the following technologies: Cisco, HP, Aruba, Brocade, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Bluecoat, Infoblox, Solarwinds, F5, Microsoft.
7+ years' experience supporting enterprise networks and/or large data center environment.
7+ years' design and implementation of layer2/layer3 routing and switching on Cisco IOS or Data Center products.
Strong network fundamentals including the OSI model, TCP/IP, IPv4 and working knowledge of IPv6.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and implement network configurations that meet those documented requirements.
