Experience Required: Two years of postgraduate/master's experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbance; such experience must have been gained under the supervision of a mental health professional. Looking for dynamic nurse who is able to multitask and work in the SPHP Hospitals doing IV teaches to patients with new infusions to prepare them for discharge and homecare services. The nurse in this position will work closely with the case manager at hospitals to determine and assist with the decision if homecare is the right place for continued services. Additional duties include helping with referrals processing. IV experience preferred but not required! Travel will be minimal, but some travel between hospitals will be necessary.
