Guide our guest through the company menu, resolve complaints, and provide information on promotions. Clearly educate the guest on our Meal 4 Meal mission. Accepts money in the form of cash and credit or debit cards for items purchased. Ensures accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, and sales at the end of shift. Deliver accurate orders to dine-in and carry out guest. Engage with guest while performing lobby related duties such as cleaning and meeting guest needs at the table. Must be a team player and assist when and where needed. Must be able to make off site catering deliveries Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers, calculators, Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change or give refunds.
