We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile delivery team. This role will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Serve as a servant leader and coach to one or more agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
* Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, escalating when necessary.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and experimentation.
* Track and communicate key agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
* Support the team in achieving delivery commitments and maintaining a sustainable pace.
* Foster strong collaboration between business and technical teams, including Salesforce and FileMaker stakeholders when applicable.
* Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align on agile maturity goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification required.
* 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or digital product environment.
* Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or FileMaker platforms is a plus.
* Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and across multiple time zones.

The Interventional Urology Principal Design Assurance Engineer is responsible for supporting new product development and commercial products. This position will interact with Coloplast personnel, 3rd party contractors and potentially external contract manufacturers.

* Participate in New Product Development Phase Reviews; lead/participate in Design Reviews.
* Partner with R&D to determine and define design inputs, design outputs, and design input/output relationships.
